I wish you hadn’t gotten rid of the refer a friend feature though ### 3/5 — Asks for an update but there is none *2020-07-30, version 5.4.0* I have been using this app for a year, its easy and straightforward but now I cant use it because it says there is a newer version to update. But twice in a row now I’ve had to adjust my appointment and remove a service because of timing, and both times I was charged the amount for the service I didn’t receive. If you adjusted your appointment make sure you’re checking what you were charged. I’ve caught it both times and had to email customer service for a refund. Because of that, not sure I’ll be using the app again. **Developer response:** Hello JLR- We are truly sorry for your experience. We explained when you wrote to customer service that there was a glitch in your account and you were immediately refunded. We have hundreds of modifications daily and this doesn't happen. I booked an appointment, arrived 30 minutes later, and didn’t have to deal with finding cash to tip. I received one of the best manicures that I’ve had yet in NY after living here for 1 year. Nail salon wouldn’t honor my reservation and made me pay in cash when I already paid on the app. Scam, stupid, unnecessary. Stay away. Also notice how all the latest good reviews came on the same day - clearly from people who work at the company. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent app *2021-04-22, version 5.5.3* Every time I show up to a salon after booking on this app, they don’t have any record of my appointment and I’ve already been charged for the services. This has happened 3 times. You are better off just calling your local salon to make an appointment or walking in. I’ve been denied service each time because the salon is fully booked already. ### 1/5 — Great idea but glitchy *2020-11-23, version 5.4.1* App wouldn’t load my Groupon and I had to pay out of pocket. When I contacted customer service, I was told they didn’t do refunds but I could use the Groupon another day. When I told them I had moved away from NYC and couldn’t use it, they still refused to refund me. (This happened a while ago and yeah I’m still salty about it.) ### 1/5 — False advertising or bad UI, unsure which *2019-08-25, version 5.3.4* I was targeted with an ad for a free manicure if I downloaded the app. I downloaded the app and looked for a manicure, but there’s nothing in the app regarding this promotion. Either the app UI is bad or they’re lying in their marketing materials, it is unclear which is which. ### 1/5 — Ditch the app and just walk into nearest salon *2019-08-15, version 5.3.4* I tried app in order to be able to make a reservation to get nails salon and ended up actually waiting over 30 minutes, eventually walked out of establishment even though they knew I had an appointment 40 minutes prior. Defeats the purpose and would rather just walk into a salon and know where I stand as opposed to making a reservation to waste my time ### 1/5 — Don’t get scammed out of money or services *2019-07-26, version 5.3.3* You’re better off just going to a salon and paying after you get what you pay for. I didn’t receive the service I paid for through the app and after contacting customer service they sided with the salon and I didn’t get a refund. Also had to wait weeks for an answer. Just overall extremely frustrating experience. ### 1/5 — Please eliminate bad nail salons *2019-07-11, version 5.3.2* Worst experience. Nail salon people treat you badly as if we are getting nails done for free and then they have that much audacity to ask for tips before doing nails and they don’t do a good job even if you tip them on app. Like seriously, what kind of service is that. You guys should definitely eliminate these shady nail salons. Emailed them for help and no response. ### 1/5 — Unable to create account *2019-06-09, version 5.1.7* Such an erroneous App, it doesn’t even allowing me make account because as per the rules of App, the question which says where did you hear about us, cannot have “Facebook” as answer. I really don’t know what else to write. Uninstalling right away. ### 1/5 — Want to love this app, but it’s too glitchy *2019-03-27, version 5.1.5* I like the concept of this app and really want to love it, but it is so frustrating to use. First, when I try to change the time I want to browse for, it takes me to the calendar to choose a day, and then the confirmation button is cut off the bottom of the screen so I can’t actually click it to confirm. Then when I search for specific services and reservation times, a salon will show up on the search, but when I click on the salon to go to its page, all of the available times that appeared on the search page are gone and it says all times are unavailable. And when I click on the map to browse salons by pinned location, it keeps bringing me back to list view randomly when I try to click on a pin to see the salon. I want to love this app but it needs MAJOR improvement. **Developer response:** HI! Thank you for your feedback.
