### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2025-11-23*

I wish it was like nimble quest where every guy in the squad attacks 😒 here only the front guy attacks which makes the game super lame and boring

### 3/5 — OrangePixel

*2023-07-25*

I have loved everything that Orange Pixel has put out since the original Meganoid and a tilt controlled arcade platform type game were the only apps available from Pascal….
And while I really want to enjoy this one, the controls just feel wonky. I haven’t had this issue with an OrangePixel title since that tilt controlled platform type game about 15 years ago.
Maybe I’m just not meant to enjoy it? Very few others seem to be having the same issue, and it’s making me think that I either need a Bluetooth controller or a new set of fingers. 🤷🏻

Of I ever get either of those, I’ll update my review… but right now, the touch controls just feel….. off. And not in a once-in-a-blue-moon ruins your game type of way…. More of a…. Ruins-every-single-try-at-playing kind of way.

### 4/5 — Snake Corps

*2021-05-23*

Great idea and presentation, and some clever gameplay systems so far, but the roguelite ‘start from scratch if you mess up too many times’ aspect isn’t a good fit for games where you can easily die for what feel like unfair reasons. For example in the clockwise control scheme, two taps in quick succession will sometimes rotate your snake twice but other times only once. That difference can end a mission in about a tenth of a second. —————— I suggest queuing at least one additional input in the clockwise scheme. It might also allow for more precise control if the screen could be held to prepare an action that’s only executed once you lift your finger (a hold could perhaps be overridden and cancelled by a tap on the opposite side). Even then, though, a game mode with a less punishing progression system would be well worth considering for this particular game imho. —————— P.S. Deaths on the initial tutorial mission would probably be better to reset your unit count (reset the game basically). Most players either won’t realise it’s hurting them or will do it manually anyway.

### 2/5 — Terrible controls

*2020-04-18*

Every time that I die, it’s only because it isn’t registering my taps! I’ve tried all the options, and nothing works.

Oh, and playing in portrait is very broken. Lots of buttons are hidden by the notch.

### 4/5 — Great game

*2020-04-03*

I’m loving the game so far!
Challenging and with quick phases.
My only problem is that, after a few days, I was able to get to the boss phase, but died a few times, still not knowing what do I need to do on that phase...

### 2/5 — No fun sorry

*2020-04-02*

I thought a slower snake & men shooting stuff. Bang.... Restart every few seconds, not even a restart button on the same page

### 5/5 — I’m an idiot

*2020-03-31*

So so sorry, I’ve come to realise I’m an idiot and I now understand the incredibly simple controls, I deserve for you to publish my review just to embarrass me, but I assure you, I am already very embarrassed, my wife saw me writing the longest thing she said she’d ever seen me write. Now she thinks I’m an idiot too. I’m sorry.

Great game! Yayyy! Sorreee

### 5/5 — This Game Is Awesome

*2020-03-26*

Even It’s Like Howdy Like A Tiger!!

### 5/5 — Another Runaway Hit!

*2020-03-26*

I love everything this developer does. Keep up the good work.
If you are looking at this game you should try it. Forgot freemium games and support small developers. Autobuy for me.
