I was able to do a one time order and got my food delivered quickly. The food is great and I’m excited to see how this goes! It’s cheaper buying meals than it is buying groceries honestly! I’m going to try the one time order for the first month and after that I’m going to get the subscription. ### 1/5 — Don’t order from this app if you want your food *2025-03-22, version 8.0.0* The employees at Snap Kitchen are under the express and total and complete perception that SNAP kitchen has no control whether you get your order or not; nor do they accept any liability if this is the case. $700 a month isn’t enough to get their attention. I wonder how much somebody has to spend a Snap Kitchen in order to get a number that one can call in order to discuss civilly. and plainly this delivery issue. The best response I got was a number for the business office of favor the company that they use in order to deliver the food. The employees are just so arrogant and pearl clutching with some kind of inevitable bewilderment as to why anyone might be concerned or upset about anything at, really Stupid people hire stupid people ### 1/5 — Numerous bugs and errors *2024-04-30, version 7.0.4* I’ve used Snap for years and their system is CONSTANTLY down or lagging. Both in app and online. I’ve had to call to adjust things many times because the app wasn’t working the way it should. I’ve had meal plans re ordered that I didn’t want and I’ve had to completely cancel my snap pass and re enroll to make small changes such as delivery time or to change a meal. ### 1/5 — App Update is Awful *2024-03-01, version 7.0.4* For several years I used this app and it was absolutely wonderful. They completely updated the app with a new UI at the beginning of the year and now it's practically unusable. When I update my meals for my snap pass it incorrectly shows me orders for the previous weeks. Other times it just shows me down right wrong information. Multiple times now my order for the week has been incorrect and I'm unable to change it or edit it correctly in the app. It's so bad that I'm considering canceling my weekly subscription with Snap Kitchen. ### 1/5 — Can’t use *2024-01-23, version 7.0.4* Won’t allow me to log in or add items to my cart. I’ve tried creating an account half a dozen times, and it does nothing. What kind of app doesn’t have a functioning submit button to create an account??? Seriously, get your sht together. Even if you get it working, I don’t know if we’ll ever try to sign up for this service again, because so far it is a colossal failure of even the most basic functionality. If we can’t trust you with a single button, how are we supposed to trust you with our food? ### 1/5 — buggy app *2023-09-12, version 7.0* gives you food options that are not on the menu, therefore forcing the store to contact you to sub or just cancelling portions of the order. ### 1/5 — Please for the love of God *2023-09-06, version 7.0* Pleas for the love of all that is holy fix your app UI. It’s impossible to navigate (at least on iPhone) and makes me want to scream. I love Snap Kitchen but I’ve straight up abandoned ordering due to the sheer impossible task of trying to do anything on this app. Looking at other reviews this is not a new issue. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-08-30, version 7.0* The app is not usable because the top buttons are located too high by the Apple “dynamic island” feature, which makes it impossible to hit the “back” button or any other buttons located at the top. ### 1/5 — Former Happy Customer *2023-07-21, version 7.0* Have used snap kitchen in the past and was always happy. Meal were delicious, nutritious, arrived cold if not frozen, with enough cold packs that it could sit for 24 hours or more and still be 100% safe. (Occasionally one or two would be broken from transport) Now I’ve moved and wanted to try them again. Day of delivery I checked multiple times to see if delivered. Finally at 7pm I figured it wasn’t going to be so had to go get dinner somewhere else vs eat my snap meal. Package was delivered sometime after 7pm on day of delivery, by the next morning when I had time to go pick up my package the whole thing was at 75°. Contacted customer service and told them what happened and sent photos with the food thermometer reading, email notification of delivery from 12:02am the next day. They said it was delivered on day of delivery. Had to go around with customer service for a while and ask to cancel my next order and refund for current order. Would not cancel and refund the next weeks order even though it was a full week before delivery. They did refund the current delivery but only after multiple times showing photos that delivery was inedible from being hot, sending delivery email from 12:02am the next day, and pointing out that there should be enough cold packs to keep it cold through the night if it wasn’t going to be delivered until almost 8pm on day of delivery. ## Frequently asked questions about Snap Kitchen ### What is Snap Kitchen?
