Can someone please explain why I can’t ever get my information saved ### 1/5 — Blows Big Time *2026-05-19, version 4.3.2* I’m unable to enter the portal because it never sends a confirmation code to confirm my account no matter how many times I try. So it sucks the big man’s Wah zoo right out of the chocks. ### 2/5 — Logon *2026-05-13, version 4.3.2* I tried to log on and no password was accepted, so I was prompted to change it. The site sent a code to my email and I changed the password. Now the site says no such patient is found. I never had this problem before. ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2026-04-16, version 4.3.2* I could use the app with no issues a month ago, but now when I try to sign in, I get an error message telling me that there is no patient attached to the email address I provided. I was able to successfully change my password using that email address (received an email with a code), but I still couldn’t login, even with the new password. There’s no way to contact anyone to fix the issue, so I can’t use the app to order anything. Completely useless ### 1/5 — No Stars Here *2025-11-30* Well it made me give a star or it would not submit my review. This app just appeared on my phone, since Snap I thought had to with food stamps. When I clicked it a blank page came on the screen, nothing else. After two try’s I deleted the app. I thought I would look it up here to see if it was even real. Downloaded the app for the first time, attempted to register on the app, but the email has already been used. ??? What’s up with that?
