## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App won’t do Face ID anymore.

*2026-02-26, version 2.0.6*

Not liking the app

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2024-12-11, version 2.0.6*

Not point in getting into detail cause the developers obviously don’t care but this app is a huge hot mess.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2024-04-10, version 2.0.6*

Error every time I try to use it. Have to delete and reload the app after using a couple times. Worthless.

### 1/5 — Update

*2019-10-08, version 2.0.4*

Since the new update I can’t get into the app.

### 1/5 — Poorly maintained

*2019-10-04, version 2.0.4*

The app has not been optimized since ios 9. App is wonky on ios 13, and crashes on launch on 13.2. It is now unusable.

### 2/5 — Broken, missing key features, and abandoned

*2024-04-09, version 2.0.6*

The app doesn’t stay logged in and frequently requires a forced close before I can even get back to the login screen. I work for multiple companies that use the software and there’s no way to quickly switch accounts, which is a huge problem for people like me. The fact that there are no recent updates gives me no hope this will ever be fixed and I worry the app will eventually break entirely. Please, employers, don’t use this service for scheduling.

### 2/5 — Needs improvement

*2021-02-07, version 2.0.5*

Great app, but as others have stated needs a way to let iPhone users stay logged in.

### 2/5 — Won’t keep logged in

*2019-04-04, version 2.0.4*

I constantly have to login to access my information. Even when I tell it to remember me. It is very frustrating. Hopefully they will fix this issue

### 3/5 — Annoying

*2019-07-27, version 2.0.4*

Is there a way to sign in and STAY signed in more than 5 minutes. Also, neither my iPhone 10 or iPad Pro will remember the password, it doesn’t even ask to remember the password. The Android version seems to be flawless.

### 3/5 — A good idea, could use some refining

*2018-06-19, version 2.0.4*

Punching in and out should be the first screen after log in. A majority of this app’s use is punching in and out so it doesn’t make sense to hide the function. If this app was reorganized with users in mind, it could be a 5/5 app.
