Why would this come up saying it is a FREE APP and when it is downloaded you can’t use it the way we want. Plus: this app is not free. 
I use GOOGLE FOR FREE AND I LOVE IT. I use that all the time.

It tells you what’s in the picture what’s around the picture unless you’re blind you don’t need this. It is a waste of time thought and everything else so if you’re blind, maybe it’ll speak to you. I don’t know, but other than that this was a total waste of space in my phone for the whole minute I tried it

Guy, it’s so good! I love that I can just scan random things, like weird flowers or grocery items, and get clear info right away, and the measuring tools are perfect for quick little tasks. BTW, it is very intelligent.
