I’ve tried everything in the “help” section and I still get the “connection unsuccessful” error. Veramente un peccato far morire un prodotto così promettente a causa di una totale negligenza nella gestione dei software/app dedicati. Non vedo un aggiornamento dal 2016 deduco che la cam è ben presto non piu utilizzabile se non con i tastoni analogici (si anche il piccolo telecomando non si associa alla cam-.-). Well iPod and iPad had an update, works like advertised giving it a FIVE Star rating, and is consistent. And the charming lady explained that is the device was seen in Bluetooth setting that it will not sync. Just forget the device. Attempt to sync again. I did. It did and now works like a dream.
