Allerdings nützt mir das nichts, wenn ich die Rezepte auf Englisch habe. I have to manually input the correct calories myself. It will have 2 cup kabocha squash as 240cal. In what world? Heavily disappointed, I hope it can be fixed soon because I won’t be renewing next year. Charges your credit card without having ask if you want the monthly or annual. I emailed the team and their response was we don’t have an email on file are you sure you’re contacting the right department? Leider erkennt die KI nicht die richtigen Kalorien, sowie sie tatsächlich hinten auf der Kalorien Tabelle drauf stehen. Machst noch mal ein Photo, so kommen wieder andere Kalorien raus. Ich wüsste nicht wie das dann funktionieren soll. Have to constantly close the app and open again after each entry. How does it track activities?? Within 24 hours I realised that the app was not capable of the analysis i expected and I cancelled the free trial. However I was still charged the full yearly subscription fee. Despite querying this many times my request have gone unanswered. This app is not capable of doing what it claims it can do and the free trial isn’t a free trial. The barcode scanner doesn’t work for some New Zealand products, and searching for foods is also extremely limited. I often have to manually calculate the calories myself and then enter everything into the app, which completely defeats the purpose of using a calorie-tracking app. I feel like I’ve literally wasted $70 on an app that doesn’t provide the service I expected. I would like to request a full refund. If I could rate this app 0 stars, I absolutely would. I hope you can resolve this promptly. ### 1/5 — Crash APP *2026-08-12, version 1.5.5* This app is totally worthless. You take a picture of the food it tells you it’s something completely different. You take a picture of the barcode and it’s a different food. Every time I add a food from past history, you have to reset the app. Too many bugs.. and the support is worthless . I signed up for a three day free trial and changed my mind immediately and cancelled and they charge me and Apple won’t refund. They are dishonest. I bought for a year based on reviews and the most common things I eat are never in the database. The ai scan isn’t accurate. You have to choose the closest thing which is not helpful when watching calories. If ur going to try use the trial first to see if u like it first.
