## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Should be free

*2026-05-09*

Have to pay to scan more than 1 card

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Each SnapCard scan uses AI processing, which has real ongoing costs. The free scan lets users try the feature first, while the paid scans help support the AI infrastructure and continued app improvements.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate Data

*2026-04-02*

Easy to use, but data is incorrect at least 20% of time. Scanned PSA 10 cards to check accuracy. None came back with a 10 rating on the app

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! AI photo-based grading can be affected by lighting, angle, and surface details that differ from an in-hand evaluation. We're actively working on a grading accuracy update right now, training on a much larger set of professionally graded cards. Expect noticeable improvements soon. Appreciate you using SnapCard!

### 1/5 — Don’t bother, paywalled

*2026-03-26*

Tries to force you to pay £8 to scan a card, absolute joke price, no chance

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback. We understand pricing matters. You can actually try the app with free scans first to see how it works before deciding. The subscription gives you unlimited AI-powered chart analysis, real-time insights, and continuous updates — which requires significant AI processing costs on our end. We'd love for you to give the free features a try first. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

### 1/5 — Paid application

*2026-03-14*

It’s a paid subscription, there’s a bunch of other applications that do the same, that are free or have a separate free version compared to paid.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback. You're right, there are free options out there and some of them are pretty decent for basic needs.

Our app runs every analysis through actual AI models in real time, so each request costs us real money on the backend. That's the main reason for the subscription. We know it's not for everyone, and that's totally okay.

We genuinely read every review, so if there's something we could do better, we'd love to hear it.

### 1/5 — Not yet rated

*2026-03-01*

Haven’t even had a chance to use it yet . And it’s already trying to get me to pay for a service I can google 🤦🏻

### 5/5 — My son loves it

*2026-06-17*

My son has sports cards and Pokémon cards all mixed together in binders. We scanned a bunch after dinner and he got way more into it than I expected. Found a couple cards we pulled out and sleeved right away.

**Developer response:** Love that he got so into it! And finding a couple worth pulling out and sleeving right away makes the after-dinner scanning session even better.

### 5/5 — Found a card in an old box

*2026-06-14*

I had a shoebox of baseball cards I hadn’t touched in years. Scanned a few just to see what would happen and it actually picked up the year and set on cards I would’ve never found on my own. Pretty surprised honestly.

**Developer response:** That’s exactly the kind of thing that’s tough to figure out with older cards. Pretty cool that a few scans could identify the year and set after they’d been sitting in a shoebox for so long.

### 5/5 — Reddit Approved

*2026-06-11*

Read a review on reddit from a collector who said the app was accurate

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing! Glad to hear the Reddit review helped, and even happier that the app has been accurate for you. Really appreciate the support.

### 5/5 — Good for card shows

*2026-05-28*

Used it at a local card show last weekend. I didn’t scan every card like a maniac, but I checked a few before buying and it helped me avoid overpaying. That alone makes it worth keeping on my phone.

**Developer response:** Love hearing this — thanks for sharing. Glad SnapCard helped you make a few better calls at the show and avoid overpaying. Really appreciate you using it!

### 5/5 — Does what I needed

*2026-05-27*

Take a picture, find the card, check the value. That’s really all I wanted.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the kind words! Really glad the app made things simple for you. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Way faster than typing everything in

*2026-05-26*

I hate searching eBay with the full player name, year, set, parallel, all that. This gets me close way faster. I still double check bigger cards myself, but for normal stuff it saves a lot of time.

**Developer response:** Appreciate you saying that, Nordin. That’s exactly the role we want it to play: handle the annoying search part quickly, while you still make the final call on anything important.

### 5/5 — Works great for organizing & pricing

*2026-04-03*

Had a tone of cards. Finally scanned through em and turns out a few are actually worth something haha. Way fast than searching each one on eBay. Good App!

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. really glad the app’s been useful for you. Hearing that it helped make sorting through a big stack feel way less tedious is exactly what we hope for. And finding a few unexpected gems along the way definitely makes it even better. Appreciate the support.

### 5/5 — Nice
