This wasn’t a feature before and now randomly I’m running out of space? How broke can you be when you’ve been in the social media line up for over a decade? Please remember that you get your money from your customers and if you burn that bridge you can disappear with MySpace and Tumblr.

I’ve rated them 4 seperate times this year and my reviews are never left. I assume they have something to do with keeping the lower ratings out or bypassing them. There is no reason I should be paying for storage on an app I’ve been using for free (unless you count the ads on every other story and in the filters) since 2012. No reason I shouldn’t still be able to do that. Will be deleting soon. Greedy gut business.

Used to never see ads, now it’s pay for lenses and ads in between every story of my friends even sending snaps of ads on the main page. I click too many ads and not relevant then see another ad immediately then a second. No ad is relevant to me I don’t need anything I have not searched for myself.

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed for the update that will take all of my memories away if I haven’t had them backed up yet. This is highly disappointing and incredibly inappropriate behavior to do for people who have used this app for years to create the memories that we have. And now to lose them? For what? Because we don’t want to pay or don’t have “paying for use of Snapchat” in our budget or capability at this time or in general. And to lose the access and ability to keep those memories wether pictures or videos of past loved ones/pets, etc, is just very upsetting and unfair behavior not just for me but for everyone else who uses this app. If this does happen I will no longer have Snapchat and won’t ever get it back and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to ever get this app again!
