Recently, I picked up some casual wear and accessories from their men’s fashion section—great styles, trendy designs, and prices that didn’t break the bank. I ordered a couple of cushion covers and kitchen organizers, and they matched the description well—functional, well-made, and budget-friendly. This company is total fraud company never pay online. Courier still at same place.. Ekart logistics said they have returned the product to seller due to some issue in processing. This product will never be delivered. I escalated it to CEO helpdesk which gave me prompt solution. So if there is any issue which is not being solved by customer care please contact snapdeal help on linkedin or twitter . The delivery person called me and I lifted the call the person has not spoken a single word even though I am repeating hello hello he is not responding and then cut the call. After that from Snapdeal I got a message that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the person is unavailable. Which is completely wrong and this same thing happened 10 times. But order was not delivered and money is also gone. They sent me damaged products, and when I raised a return request, they canceled it with ridiculous excuses about internal quality checks—even though the product was never picked up from my location. I lost ₹15,000 in the process, and despite contacting their customer support, they insisted the items couldn’t be returned, giving me vague and unhelpful reasons. I still haven’t received a refund. Estela’s page on Snapdeal falsely advertises "7-day easy returns," but when you try to return an item, they cancel the request and refuse to refund you. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing from Estela—beware of fake promises and poor customer service!!!! ### 1/5 — Worst site *2024-11-24* Snapdeal is the worst site to place order. The order is placed, money is debited but order is never received. The customer care of snapdeal is also full of people who doesn’t know anything and just respond “Your order will be delivered soon.” This is their tag line which is also their second sentence after “Sorry for the delay.” This has happened me twice consecutively and the customer service dont know anything about my order. 1st time I wanted a replacement and they told me to return the original product and replaced item will be given me within 2 days. But order never came to me and these snapdeal customer care people have again the same response. Snapdeal should stop making fool of people if seller or ekart service which they use are not giving any importance to their orders and cancelling it. Worst of all shopping apps. Never purchase from Snapdeal and dont ever follow snapdeal customer care people’s responses. They only make fool of you because they themselves are not aware what is the issue like illeterates and cant even check the backend. Trust me even the higher authorities people doesnt know anything like I had discussed with “Deepak Rana” and no reslution was ever provided to me. Pathetic experience. The delivery was delayed stating that no one at home to receive order but delivery was not even attempted. Tried to call the courier company. Think it’s ecom. The number only rings. No one answers. The next thing I know the order is being returned and Snapdeal states they have cancelled it. So I wait expecting a refund by the next day. Few days pass and no refund so I call. When I call I’m told the matter will be investigated and to give them 48 hours. Order was cancelled on 19th sept. It’s 4th Oct now. No refund yet. The matter is still apparently being investigated by the CBI I guess. Lol. If an order has been cancelled, a refund should be issued. It’s that simple. What is the need for investigation. Every time u contact them, every rep will give ya the same scripted pls wait for 24-48 hours, ur issue is being investigated. This company should be shut down. They are a bunch of frauds ! Avi ### 1/5 — They don’t value customer emotions *2024-08-18, version 6.2.1* Tomorrow is Rakhi, and I just found out that the Rakhi I ordered from Snapdeal has been canceled. They didn't bother to inform me via call or message; I only discovered it when checking the status myself. I contacted customer service, but they said they couldn't do anything due to a technical issue. If this were on a normal day, I might understand, but this is a festival, and such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. When I asked for a solution, I was told to send the Rakhi offline. It’s impractical to send Rakhi interstate within two days. E-commerce shouldn’t mean causing trouble for customers, especially during festivals. A sister can't send Rakhi to her brother on time, all because of your company’s issue. ### 1/5 — Unable to get my order *2024-07-22* I ordered something from snapdeal first time. I live at a pg, so I wrote the address of my pg. When delivery agent call me for parcel delivery, I was out of town. He asked me that he has come to deliver my parcel and asked for otp. I gave him the otp and he said I am Keeping parcel at this place. I said okay. After 4-5 days, when I returned to my pg. I searched for my parcel, asked people there, neighbous also, but I coundn’t find my parcel. I even saw CCTV footage of that day, but I couldn’t find anything. I asked snapdeal for help, called customer care 2-3 times, but they said, our app is showing that your parcel is delivered because you shared the otp, so we can’t do anything. I told them to just connect me to the delivery agent so I can ask him where did he put the parcel, but they said, you have to connect to him yourself. They said me to call on the number from which he called you. Avi ### 1/5 — Wrong delivery *2024-06-22* I had order two Airson gray clogs when it was delivered I was not there my colleague received for me and had paid for two items When I opened it the day after it was only on Airson gray clog inside the box,and it written 2 items on the pack box,the carton box and which the one Airson gray clog was all different pieces not a full and proper box,and it’s a box which only one item inside They deliver one item and taken prices for two So I had called and reach out their helpline or customer care which I want to returned the item which I was not received At last they returned or added the price for one item on Snapdeal acount which I need to order other items to use that amount So I had order again the white clog which I need to pay some extra money And that item I received today which was again not the item I order ,it was a big size shoes which I didn’t order and that also which it was not my size I’m sooo disappointed or upset with the site or app it was really a fruad ,I will never never order it again in my life from you guys ,I had more than 400 staffs in different outlets which I had share my online ordering experience from your app or company which is terrible fraud and useless If anyone reading my review please don’t order from them they are never or good company or if you did please do check before you pay up😡😡😡😡 **Developer response:** Hi!
