Was looking for solutions and looked at several others before trying SnapFind. It’s great! And so much more intuitive and suited to my needs than others. I have built a couple of bin racks for my core usage and am also tagging other things in other locations. So far it’s great. And can scale infinitely. The google search is wonderful too. It’s a new and relatively unknown app currently so the most frustrating part for me has been lack of tutorials and good instructions on how to plan your system of storage and get started. I would love a thorough YouTube discussion. But it’s relatively easy to get started. Just a bit of on the job training. The current question I have is how to manage the hierarchy of room/zones/container/items. I would like to store certain items in a room but not in a container, some items in a container that is in one of a few zones and certain items in a zone but not in a container. And finally some items in a container within another container that also happens to be in a zone inside a room. It’s easy to move an item from one container to another and to move a container from one zone to another or from one room to another. But is it possible to nest a container inside another container ? Or move a nested container from one container to another? Thanks so much for your work on this.
