### 5/5 — Superb!

*2026-01-07*

We were so tired of tripping over everything in our garage; annoyed with buying additional items because we could never remember what closet or drawer my wife stuffed things in when company was coming over. New Year’s goal was to get everything organized. We got some new storage bins, a label printer…and this app.

What a world of difference! We tested a few alternatives before coming across this one and there’s no comparison. The AI and user interface are perfect. We have everything cataloged and the QR codes we stuck on the bins make it easy to go directly where we need to go.

Had one small issue with the QR codes but SnapFind support was incredibly responsive and gracious in helping me. You won’t find better than this.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the thoughtful review.

It’s great to hear SnapFind helped you finally get everything organized and easy to find, especially after trying other options. We’re also glad our support team could quickly help with the QR code issue. That feedback means a lot to us.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience and for using SnapFind.

### 5/5 — I love this

*2025-12-31, version 2.1.0*

I hope this is a game changer for my ADHD always looking for things brain!

### 5/5 — How did I run my reselling business before this app?

*2025-12-23*

Now I can put stuff in opaque bins and boxes, and wherever, and know exactly what is in each box… I am not relegated to using clear bins!
I’ve only been using this for about three days, but I’ve already referred more than one friend… This makes my business and personal inventory so much easier and more flexible.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-09-20*

Where has this been all my life? So user friendly makes managing storage so easy and kind of fun lol. I love that there is no monthly subscription

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review.

Glad you’re finding SnapFind easy to use and actually fun. We designed it to keep things simple and flexible. Appreciate you taking the time to share this.

### 5/5 — Life saver

*2025-07-14, version 1.3.0*

Convenient and easy to use

### 5/5 — Solid Inventory/Tool Tracker

*2025-01-28*

I have my own small construction company that focuses on home automation. I’ve used some different inventory apps but none as simple as this one. I mostly use a lot of the same materials and tools so I’ve been organizing each new “space” as a separate project now that I’ve been getting a little busier and it’s been a big help keeping things organized.

I like the user experience. No major hiccups thus far. Might I suggest for the updates to come camera/action button integration for the heavier users and maybe exporting lists capabilities and Cost of Goods too.

### 5/5 — tried a few, this is the best

*2025-01-24, version 1.1.6*

I tried a bunch of different qr code organization apps and this one is the best by far. very intuitive

### 5/5 — Organize and find everything

*2025-01-23*

Organized my stuff and saved me money at the store!

I was looking for an app that can help me find all my tools and everything else I keep in storage using an app and it just so happens that this one uses AI!! It also helps that my wife can use it to know what clothes she has when she’s shopping so now this is even saving us money!
Awesome app

### 5/5 — Lifesaver

*2025-01-23*

I don’t know how I would’ve been able to keep track of hundreds of items in dozens of boxes while moving without using this app. It has saved me countless of hours of searching. The peace of mind of knowing where things are is priceless. Also very intuitive.

### 5/5 — Great AI Inventory App

*2025-01-23*

A powerful and intuitive app for identifying different objects and products with a simple photo. It’s fast, accurate, and integrates seamlessly with shopping tools. It’s a highly useful and reliable tool overall.

### 5/5 — OCD Cure

*2025-01-22*

I started by organizing the storage bins in my garage. It turned an overwhelming task into a simple satisfying project. I then organized my 5 year old daughter’s Barbie accessories. She was amazed how easily we could find items that would normally require emptying most of her toy storage bins to locate. My favorite part was organizing my tools, fasteners and home improvement items, made it a breeze to start a new DIY project without rebuying items I already had nicely stored and organized. Great app easy to use and well thought out. Thanks!

### 5/5 — A Necessity

*2025-01-22*

Perfect app for easily finding the things you put in storage! My wife and I have a storage unit and we used this app to help us keep track of what is actually there and what box it’s in.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Do not use. Lost all spaces & containers

*2026-01-20*

You will lose all your data. App kept asking me to logout and log back in. I followed the instructions and lost ALL my data. Storage spaces and containers, images, tags, descriptions; all gone. Hours of work down the drain. Use a more reliable app vendor who stores your information locally and doesn’t force you to use their cloud storage or pay exorbitant fees. They are also now charging for exports, AI scans, smart search, etc. very expensive monthly fees. Unreasonable fees. Don’t rely on this app and invest hours of your time and have your data held hostage. Or you may lose all your information at the whim of an update.

**Developer response:** Hi, I’m really sorry you had a frustrating experience.

To clarify a few things for anyone reading: We did not delete any user data. SnapFind stores data securely and does not wipe spaces, containers, or images during normal use or updates.
We never received a support request or email from you. If you had contacted us, we would have helped diagnose what happened. We usually respond to support messages within minutes, and we can almost certainly get users back into the correct account when this happens. Feel free to contact us and we can definitely help.
Unlimited AI scans are now free for everyone. Pro users just get priority AI processing and skip the standard queue.
We do charge for data export. That’s clearly labeled, since exports involve server costs.
Keyword search is free.
Smart Search is optional and part of Pro. It’s a semantic AI feature, not basic search.

Nothing in the app forces logouts that delete data. This looks like a user-side issue (most often logging in with a different email, Apple ID, or reinstalling without signing back into the same account).

If you’re willing, please email us from the address used in the app and we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your data.

### 1/5 — Update asap

*2025-06-19, version 1.3.0*

Can’t use. Glitches constantly. And I have the forever paid. Unacceptable

### 1/5 — App Crashed

*2025-06-12, version 1.3.0*

I liked this a lot for a few days but the app crashed and won’t allow me to log in or create a new account. This happened 1 day before I need to finish packing and send all boxes off. I cannot be more desperate. Please contact me if possible to resolve this issue. Truly a terrible experience.

### 2/5 — Eh

*2026-01-30*

It’s helpful but you have to buy a subscription of $50 to get some features or $200 to get the ability to share the info with a team. No thanks. $200 is ridiculous to share my data (other than downloading a CSV that doesn’t even display the amount of each item I have or the pics I took (only a web link)).

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. I get the frustration around pricing, especially if you were hoping to use team sharing.

Just to clarify a couple of points: item quantities are included in the CSV export. For images, the export includes a link to each photo rather than embedding the image itself. That’s intentional, to keep the file size small and avoid unnecessary export limits. Spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and modern versions of Excel can easily display those images inline from the link.

The higher-tier plan is priced the way it is because it extends SnapFind Pro features to up to 5 users, with shared spaces, multi-user access, and live syncing. It’s designed for teams and small businesses and isn’t required for personal inventory use.

If you’d like help displaying images in your spreadsheet or want to talk through your specific use case, feel free to email us and I’m happy to help directly. Pricing and exports aren’t set in stone, and feedback like this helps guide future improvements.

### 2/5 — Camara Broken for iPhone 16 pro

*2025-08-20, version 1.3.0*

I'm unable to take pictures with my iPhone 16 pro. I keep getting error failed to take picture

### 3/5 — Need a Subscription for Productive Use

*2025-02-28, version 1.2.2*

After a lot of research I found this app. I chose it because it was a “no subscription” app and the AI function is a game changer. However, after I added 3 storage containers I was prompted to “Upgrade” my purchase if I wanted to 1. use the AI capability over 30 times, 2. have more than 500 entries, and 3. save/download my inventory.

The app IS very easy to use so I will continue to use it, especially because I’ve already started the process.

Additional notes:
-the app crashes EVERYtime I attempt to edit a title.
-cannot delete a QR Code from an assigned box to reassign it. I deleted the app/data from my phone and started over. The QR Code remains “assigned” but no longer appears in the app. I could use it on another box but I don’t see it in the app.

I’m hoping that after I “Upgrade” for $30 (per year) I will have more control over editing.

### 4/5 — Easy to use

*2026-02-06, version 2.1.6*

It seems to be easy to use. I’m sure it will be nice when I need to find something without going through a bunch of crates

### 4/5 — Organization made so simple

*2025-07-09, version 1.3.0*

I love this app. The ai is great. It really helps with packing. My only pet peeve is that on iPad sometimes doesn’t show “save changes” button and I have to redo the changes or delete and start over. On android, it NEVER shows “save changes” button and I have to leave as is or go into iOS to make changes.

### 5/5 — Relationship fixer

*2026-08-25*

This app has has helped my relationship with my family, when they ask me for something, I just refer to my snap find. Impacts my life for the better.

### 5/5 — Best thing EVER!

*2026-05-29*

Where has this been all my life? This is truly the best thing I have ever used. It’s amazing. I have found so many uses for these codes. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for this product.

### 5/5 — Great idea! Love this!

*2026-05-07*

I love this, I’m using it to organize my things, since I live with my mom until my wife an I find a place, I try to overstock things, it’s nice to know I can see if I have something before I buy it again.

### 5/5 — So far it’s amazing!

*2026-04-21*

The concept is genius! The app is super organized and it’s amazing. At first it’ll walk you through the app to show you how it works and then it kinda gives you a taste of the paid version when it has AI organize and label the items for you! After a certain amount of items it’ll make you input it manually (for the free version) It’s great, definitely recommend and definitely worth the money.

### 5/5 — Best storage system

*2026-04-03, version 3.0.8*

So easy to put on your storage bins then snap and file what is in them. Will keep using forever!

### 5/5 — Great for organizing for a move

*2026-03-14*

So far, I am really enjoying this app! Not only is it helping me categorize my multiple boxes of books, it’s helping me sort out a seemingly endless ocean of craft items, household goods, and I love the feature that lets me assign a value to each. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-03-06*

I have always wanted to get all my gear in order… but it always seemed like so much work.. UNTIL NOW! This system is so easy that it actually makes it fun to get organized!

### 5/5 — Loving it

*2026-02-28*

This has been a blessing. It’s been so easy to use and navigate the app. I’ll definitely be buying some more because I’ll undoubtedly run out of the first batch.

### 5/5 — Game Changer Love it

*2026-02-20, version 3.0.2*

We are in process of moving back into our house after a fire forced us out. Was looking for solutions and looked at several others before trying SnapFind. It’s great! And so much more intuitive and suited to my needs than others. I have built a couple of bin racks for my core usage and am also tagging other things in other locations. So far it’s great. And can scale infinitely. The google search is wonderful too.

It’s a new and relatively unknown app currently so the most frustrating part for me has been lack of tutorials and good instructions on how to plan your system of storage and get started. I would love a thorough YouTube discussion. But it’s relatively easy to get started. Just a bit of on the job training.

The current question I have is how to manage the hierarchy of room/zones/container/items. I would like to store certain items in a room but not in a container, some items in a container that is in one of a few zones and certain items in a zone but not in a container. And finally some items in a container within another container that also happens to be in a zone inside a room. It’s easy to move an item from one container to another and to move a container from one zone to another or from one room to another. But is it possible to nest a container inside another container ? Or move a nested container from one container to another?

Thanks so much for your work on this. I look forward to seeing your improvements moving forward.

### 5/5 — Speed is surprising, accuracy even more

*2026-02-13, version 3.0.0*

Boxing a Large collection of Lego and the scan and AI option just cut my normally 10-15mins per box to 5.
