SnapLink Mobile puts us in complete control of every thing at all times. Our whole family uses it and loves it. I have No notifications regarding what’s going on. I recently got a new phone anticipating that It would fix itself but sadly it did not. I tried multiple times downloading; however, the problem still persists. My new phone doesn’t want to connect. Leviton fix your app!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Does not work. *2021-12-24, version 1.17* Stopped working on an older iPhone. The app said the phone needed updated to download the new app. After getting a new phone with newer iOS app now costs $24.99. We paid the $24.99 and now app says the encryption keys are incorrect and crashes when trying to retrieve. The encryption keys have been triple checked. On the panel and PC software. They are correct. This app is defective and has not been updated in 4 years. Now my update icon shows I have an app to update. How about fixing this problem, or better yet, publish an app specifically for the iPad like many apps already do. UPDATE: The latest version now works on my iPad. Thanks to Leviton/HAI for getting the job done. ### 5/5 — Omni Pro II '2007 *2015-12-29, version 1.16* I have had a hai system since 2007 and since have used the H@ME app. With the new upgrades of iphones over the years I lost too many features, so i decided to upgrade to the Leviton app when the price dropped. I have had it about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. It has worked flawlessly on every level. I have over 50 lights, 2 t-stats, and 75 zones of alarm sensors, 8 zones of the hifi system, 4 ip cameras and the music gateway. Nothing too crazy, only about 60 programming lines. It would be nice to edit the programs through the app ( i have to call the installation co, every time i want to make a major change).
