Had to get a power bank so I could charge in between vehicles because this app will drain your battery. Can take more than 2 hours for pictures and video to get from the app into vAuto. Lots of freezing and crashing of the app. ### 1/5 — UGH. *2026-06-12, version 6.49.0* Actively makes my job harder because of how poorly programmed it is and the lack of QOL features. ### 1/5 — Buggy to the point of unusable *2026-06-09, version 6.48.0* You can try updating, uninstalling and reinstalling and this app will still constantly kick you out and have issues loading. Also, check your queue as you can’t ever get more than a few out-of-order photos to upload unless you babysit and stare at the screen, constantly refreshing. Don’t bother downloading ### 1/5 — worst app i have ever used *2026-05-20, version 6.48.0* this app frequently signs me out, doesn’t upload pictures, uses up your battery, and straight out won’t work half the time ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2026-04-30* Not only does this app eat your battery as if you were playing a triple A game but it doesn’t even work half the time. Photos take forever to upload if they even upload. If you don’t leave your app open then the photos will not upload and if you don’t upload them same day they will enter a state of limbo where the photos appear on ur end but not online. And the only resolution is to delete the app and redownload it to reset it. This is by far hands down the worst app I have ever used and the fact I have to continue to use the god forsaken app for work makes me contemplate everything. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback — and I’m really sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had. Thank you for your patience while we work on resolving them. ### 4/5 — Good but needs work *2026-03-09* This app used to be MUCH worse as the reviews say, but they have worked out most of the bugs. I occasionally still have photos get stuck in processing, but re-uploading the media usually fixes that issue. Every once in a while I do get signed out mid session because “the session has expired” while I’m using the app, but again, only every once in a while. One major flaw I still have is there not being any “confirm” or “are you sure?” prompt when you press delete all. I have a habit to press the edit button on accident with the way I hold the phone and I usually don’t notice until I accidentally delete all of my media when I go to add more and have to start all over. But besides that, it’s become a pretty good app. ### 1/5 — Where to start.. *2026-02-02, version 6.44.0* Slowest uploads ever. I understand only uploading while the app is open, but now it will only upload while ON THE UPLOAD SCREEN. If I click refresh I actually lose upload progress. IPhone 17 pro. Ridiculous ### 3/5 — Frustrating but has potential *2026-01-25* So I’ve been using this at work, both on my personal phone and work phone. My biggest issue is storage. The app now takes up 77GBs on my personal phone. I contacted my rep and they said to clear cache in the app settings or unused data and so on. That option is nowhere to be found. My phone needs an update but I can’t install the update because of how much space the app is using. Then I was asked to delete photos of cars we don’t have anymore from the app but it still doesn’t have that option either. Not sure what else to do. I’ve tried everything but deleting the app itself and was afraid it would remove all the photos of the cars from our website. Take a whole set of pictures for a car? Don’t worry SnapLot won’t let you upload any of them and will force you to retake every picture with the hope they upload the second time.
