SNAPmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the NetSapiens platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With SNAPmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. SNAPmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. It’s not the most advanced voip app, but it does everything you need it too. I wish call blocking was easier to do. Other than that it’s great. ### 3/5 — Version 4.1.19 *2026-02-23, version 4.1.9* We have noticed since the update we can no longer view the incoming call phone number once on the call that makes it really difficult to identify customers. If this could be fixed the app would be 5 stars again ### 5/5 — Great app – simple, clean, and reliable! *2026-01-21* I’ve been using the Snap Mobile app for business calls and it’s been solid all around. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take much time to learn or navigate. Everything is laid out logically, and common actions like calling, checking voicemail, and managing settings are easy to access. Call quality has been very good — voices are clear with minimal delay, even when switching between Wi-Fi and cellular. I haven’t experienced dropped calls or major audio issues, which is huge for day-to-day business use. Overall, it’s a straightforward, easy-to-use VoIP app that does exactly what it should. Reliable voice quality, simple design, and no unnecessary complexity. However, we experience crashes and freezes on this app multiple times a day. It is beyond a joke. I would say 50% of our incoming calls go unanswered because this app will freeze when trying to take the call. Since I’m using this app for my business, the fact that we seemingly never answer the phone is huge issue, and reflects poorly on us. The only troubleshooting provided on the website for this issue is to restart your device or delete and reinstall this app, neither of which fix the issue.
