Your brain hits snooze before you're even awake. SnapOut changes that: the alarm doesn't stop until your mission is done. No "five more minutes." No cheating. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a time and a mission. 2. The alarm rings. It keeps ringing while you open the app. 3. You complete the mission. Then, and only then, silence. Your 6 a.m. brain is an excellent negotiator but, it cannot negotiate with 10 push-ups. 15 MISSIONS MOVE • Push-ups — counted live by the camera • Squats — counted live by the camera PHOTO • Make your bed — verified by AI • Photo of the sky — verified by AI • Find an object — verified by AI MIND • Mental math • Timed reading • Meditation WELLBEING • Guided breathing • Say an affirmation out loud • Drink a glass of water FUN • Tap 75 times • Shake your phone • Maze • Memory WHY IT WORKS A regular alarm leaves you a choice — and your half-asleep brain always chooses to go back to sleep. SnapOut takes the choice away. You move, you snap out of it, and five minutes later you're wondering why mornings ever felt so hard. PERFECT IF YOU... hit snooze every single morning, no exceptions are a student with a schedule to keep finally want time for yourself before the day takes over have already tried and quit every other method WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING Streaks, XP and stats. One free pass per month for the day life gets in the way. This isn't decoration: seeing 12 days in a row on screen is the actual reason you'll get up on day 13. THERE'S ALWAYS A WAY OUT Real emergencies don't wait. You can quit any mission at any moment with a 3-second press. Discreet, but never missing. WHAT WE DON'T DO No notifications. No ads.
