Es gibt kaum noch einen deutschen Ansprechpartner, die Kommunikation ist extrem langsam und zieht sich teils über Wochen. Konkret warte ich nun seit fast zwei Monaten auf die Auszahlung der Selbstbeteiligung eines Mieters in Höhe von 1.750 Euro. Das ist für Vermieter absolut unzumutbar. Gerade wenn es um Geld geht, ist eine schlechte Erreichbarkeit und verzögerte Bearbeitung ein großes Problem. Zusätzlich sind die Versicherungsbedingungen mit der Allianz für Vermieter sehr nachteilig: Es besteht kein Recht auf fiktive Abrechnung, was die eigenen Handlungsmöglichkeiten stark einschränkt. Eine nachvollziehbare Begründung dafür gibt es nicht. Fazit: Für Vermieter aktuell nicht empfehlenswert – vor allem wegen mangelhafter Kommunikation, langen Wartezeiten bei Auszahlungen und schlechten Versicherungsbedingungen. ### 1/5 — The most stupid app. Absolutely. *2025-11-27, version 3.64.3* "Something went wrong The current version of your app is no longer supported or you are browsing from an unsupported country." The most stupid app. Absolutely. This app total SCAM -10€ registration 😝🤮🥴🤣 ### 1/5 — Saftladen *2025-07-18, version 3.60.0* Wenn ihr eine Panne mit eurem Mietauto habt, dann habt ihr ein Problem. Niemand fühlt sich zuständig, der Kundendienst antwortet nicht oder man wird direkt aus der Leitung geworfen. Man muss sich selbst mit der Versicherung auseinandersetzen und sich anhören, dass die gar nicht zuständig sind. Das waren gerade zwei Tage Odyssee, Urlaub ist im Eimer, es ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Lasst die Finger davon. ### 1/5 — Not for renting cars / vehicles *2025-06-21, version 3.57.4* Waste of time. I was doing the check-in on the app of a car that I booked and payed, the booking was confirmed since a week. The car owner came to tell me "I need the car today", he called SnappCar and cancelled my booking. SnappCar support told me that they are not a "rental company" they only "put in contact car owners with people" so they could not assist me in any way or give me any kind of compensation. So, if you need to rent a vehicle, this is not for you. If you just want to talk to a vehicle owner then maybe this is for you. Do not trust reviews: On top of that you can not leave a review on a cancelled booking so you can not trust the reviews on the app since they represent only the bookings that went good, not all the ones that went wrong. ### 1/5 — Unseriös *2025-02-02, version 3.56.1* Ich habe nichts positives zu sagen. 1 . mal wollte jemand mein Auto sofort haben und ich wusste nicht wie der Typ hieß. Das Profil war völlig leer, keine einzige info. Auf meine Email über Erklärung wie das möglich ist , hat keiner reagiert. Noch 2 x verdächtige Angebote von Frau die ihr Profil nicht verifizieren konnte aber Auto wollte auch liebsten sofort. Also ich denke , dass diese App ein Witz ist. Wollen Sie wirklich ihr Auto einem unbekannten Mensch, der sich nicht vorstellen kann (ohne Name , ohne Bild , ohne Bewertung etc) geben? Nein , vielen Dank. App gelöscht ### 3/5 — Anzeige des Preises *2024-12-24, version 3.55.5* Wenn die App von Anfang an den richtigen Preis anzeigen würde, wäre die App deutlich besser. Es ist nervig, dass der Preis wenn man aufs Fahrzeug klickt immer deutlich teurer ist, als zuvor angezeigt. ### 1/5 — Support aus App und Internetseite telefonisch nicht erreichbar/Vermieterdaten nicht in Ordnung *2024-11-20, version 3.54.2* In den FAQ wird beschrieben, dass am Ende der Buchung ein Button „Support anrufen“ ist, den man zum Anrufen anklicken soll. Dort steht nur „Support kontaktieren“. Beim Klicken darauf landet man auf der FAQ Seite und kann nur mit einem Chatbot kommunizieren, der mir nicht helfen kann. Ein Vermieter beantwortet meine Fragen über den Chat nicht und in seinem Profil ist eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt, die es nicht gibt. Er ist also telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Ob der Vermieter Fake ist oder echt, werde ich bei der Abholung sehen. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 ### 2/5 — Login nicht möglich *2024-09-18, version 3.52.5* Trotz gespeichertem Kennwort kann ich mich nicht einloggen. Wenn ich auf Passwort vergessen klicke wird keine E-Mail zum Zurücksetzen des Passworts verschickt. ### 1/5 — Still useless for EU Citizens *2024-07-05, version 3.51.1* I have a Dutch address and a Dutch bank account, but no Dutch Phone Number so the verification process doesn’t continue. This is nowhere described and in the app you can even select another phone number, but you don’t get the SMS with the OTP. Very bad experience… ### 3/5 — High verification cost *2024-04-15, version 3.45.2* It is a nice idea but even though I logged in and did every step required and charged for the verification process 10€ , I didn’t find the right car. But I really don’t get why I needed to pay just to search if there is something that suites me.
