I purchased my book today that was R549 and once I opened the app again I couldn’t find the book. I’m beyond angry because I needed this book since I’m writing a test in a few days. Please feel free to reach out to our team in the future if you need anything else on help@snapplify.com ### 1/5 — Dont waste your time *2022-08-25* this app doesnt work well with an iMac. cant see page numbers, cant search keywords without "experiencing an unexpected error", page scrolling is impossible, one day its clicks, the other day it scrolls. only works on iphone, which makes this app useless for students who works from computers. **Developer response:** Hi Meg. You can get the Snapplify Reader Mac version from www.getsnapplify.com This is specifically designed for Mac users. The App Store version is for iPhone and iPad users specifically. Our customer service team is ready and waiting to sort this out for you. ### 1/5 — Not good *2020-06-02, version 6.0.4* This app is very frustrating to use and the same goes for the Lapa reading app. Both apps skips the last lines on pages. When you scroll to the next page, the number moves on, but the words all stays the same. It just freezes whenever it wants to. It doesn’t save your last page. It’s nor properly connected, like when I open it on my iPhone and later on my iPad, it’s on different places. When I open the same book on my iPad and iPhone on the same page, it’s completely different. It needs proper work done on this app and I won’t be buying ore books until this can be sorted. I’ve been using iBooks and Amazon free kindle apps and I do not have these problems. ### 3/5 — Really bad *2023-08-01* I have tried to download my book for school and it keeps saying download corrupted and my storage is not even full i have paid twice for this book it is my social science book and i have updated it it is still not working **Developer response:** That sounds frustrating.
