### 1/5 — They don’t respect their photographers hard labor.

They took money out of my children mouth because I didn’t give the client 100 photos vs the allotted 40 and I have submitted 80 the client was still unhappy wanted more raws from the session that I could not give them. They honored the client more vs following their own stipulations and withheld payment from me. I will reporting them to the department of labor today!

Photographer don’t communicate and Snappr charges customers for any lack of communication from photographers. This is scam company with nice talking sales people who overpromise and bad photographers.

Good: my photographer was great the service they provided was great and through the WEBSITE not the app, I was able to download the pictures. 
Bad: this app is only for the photographers not for the clients. It would be great if there was an interface. Additionally I purchased a photo package which was discontinued in July, but never received notice or more importantly a refund. 
Conclusion: this website is still finding its way and the service I received was good. But Snappr the web interface and customer support has a long way to go.

This app is a scam, they will take your money and be impossible to contact.  There is NO customer service despite what they may claim.  BUYER BEWARE!!!  I only hope they are being investigated.

I booked 11:30 for baby shower, I told the photographer the event started earlier that day  and he could come for food earlier if he wants, he mixed up the time showed up at 10:30  and no guest was there! We realized it was miscommunication, which was fi!3, he told us he would back in an hour as he needed to run some errands, but then he cancel the photoshoot at 11 on the app and we only got an email. There was no way we can book another photographer. We were super disappointed as it was a big day for the family. Just got an email from snapper telling me I can ‘get credit’ or ‘reschedule with another photographer’, really unacceptable and super disappointed as we already missed the moment!
