Here’s a tip: don’t direct people who are online ordering to download an app that isn’t working. I tried to put the order in with the app before coming in but it’s not even close to possible. The location doesn’t work. Their stores don’t show on the map. The order function doesn’t do anything. I got some sort of error message about Java Script running on my iPhone. Save your time and don’t download this app. Honestly, the app is as pointless as the word “snappy” when talking about this restaurant. Devs, why release something that doesn’t work? You need to login twice Even when you login you get an alert that it can’t authenticate the user. Even though I have location services on, it does not find any restaurant. Constant crashes and pop up error messages. Can’t search for a location from the order screen even after favoriting a store in the location screen. Tries to force you to give location in order to place an order. Didn’t like my one time non precise location offering. The chicken tasted good, but I bit into large chunks of bones in several different chunks of chicken. Tried to login and didn’t work, so I created a new account via the app. Got in. Went to order and it provided me with a new login screen. Inputted credentials... didn’t work. Used my online “work credentials” and it worked. Logged out, tried to log back in with work credentials and didn’t work. Why is it that the first screen only allows me to use one login and the actual ordering only allows me to use the other? It would show up on the ‘location’ tab but not as an option on the ‘order’ tab. I contacted the support team through the ‘Need Help’ option in the app. I got a prompt response and was able to resolve my problem. I found out that feedback and suggestions are taken and actually implemented.
