Unfortunately the app is a bit glitchy and after filling my basket, I sometimes have to delete everything and start again. Which is very annoying! I still believe this is true, but if it wants to compete in the online shopping space then it needs some big updates. The customer experience through the app is the biggest issue. I had to frequently restart it throughout the process of filling my basket, the screen would go black, bug out or crash. The checkout page wouldn’t let me scroll down fluidly without glitching out, or crashing the app. It took half an hour to fill my basket due to the constant crashes and lags. When I finally ordered it, I was disappointed to find that there wasn’t a map to track the driver, but I understand it’s not entirely necessary. I received the order with no issue. However, the next morning when I opened the app, it pulled up a map immediately with a message that ‘my driver is on route and should be there shortly’! So there is a tracking feature, but for me it launched about 12 hours late. I hope they can streamline the app better, it’s very promising. But it needs a lot of work to be user-friendly. **Developer response:** Thank you for sparing the time to list the short comings that you experienced. Based on analytics only 0.02% of sessions encounter a crash and of that tiny percentage most cases are devices running iOS 16 & 17. Scrolling down, you will find other developer responses to reports of hangs and crashes asking the users to reach out via the website contact page. Genuinely despite having crash logs and numerous team members constantly reviewing content via our iOS/iPadOS app, we are not seeing the same problems. However, we should very much like to replicate them. Your description paints a picture or errors you can replicate. So if you could spare more time to fill out the website contact form, then our teams can engage with you directly. Regarding the driver map, the delay suggests the driver may have retrospectively marked the order as en route/delivered to clear it from their list rather than during the delivery flow. The lack of product clear information on many items can be very frustrating as can’t always see product image properly and half of product description text is cut off. Makes it either a bit of a lottery, or you end up having to go elsewhere anyway which defeats the purpose.
