Bug fixes to the sign-up flow:

Fixed an issue where new users could be taken into the app without being prompted to create an account
Fixed an issue where signing up did not show the email confirmation prompt, leaving some users unable to log in

Bug Fixes
Apple Sign-In — nonce is now properly hashed (SHA-256 via expo-crypto) before being sent to Apple, and the raw nonce is passed to Supabase for server-side token verification. The previous implementation was missing this entirely.
Reminders save button deadlock — if notification permission was denied, the "Save" button would stay permanently disabled. Fixed with an explicit setIsSaving(false) before the early return.
Paywall timer leak — the redirect setTimeout after a purchase was not cancelled on unmount. Fixed with a useRef-tracked timer that clears on component unmount.
Session race condition — deleting a reminder used session.user.id! inside an async animation callback, which could crash if the session was cleared during the 250ms fade. Now captures userId before the callback.
Reminder delete data loss — upsertReminders was silently ignoring delete errors, which could leave orphaned rows. Now throws if the delete fails.
Analysis date display — analysis.createdAt and supplement.scanDate now guard against invalid/missing dates instead of showing garbage.
Supplement name parsing — supplements with - in their name were incorrectly split when building interaction analysis drafts. Fixed with lastIndexOf.
Dead auth catch removed — unreachable .catch() on initializeAuth() in _layout.tsx was cleaned up.
