SnapSweep helps you privately clean up throwaway photos like screenshots, receipts, bills, labels, menus, and supermarket items — offline, on your device. With its local AI, all photos are scanned offline on your device, allowing you to safely decide which ones to preserve and which ones to purge. Once you confirm your selected photos for removal, you’ll simplify your photo library and regain precious phone storage space for more memorable photos.

Love that the AI runs 100% on-device. I don’t want my private photos uploaded to some random cloud. It’s super lightweight, no ads, and the interface is incredibly clean. Every other app wants subscriptions just to delete photos. This is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Ich weiß nicht wie genau die App mit so einer geringen Größe den Prozess Managed die Müll Fotos zu erkennen. Es funktioniert auf jeden Fall recht gut, auch wenn ein paar normale Fotos mit drin landen. Die Möglichkeit dann schnell per Knopfdruck zu entscheiden was bleibt und was gelöscht wird ähnlich dem Tinder Prinzip ist auch sehr praktisch. Ausserdem finde ich es sehr fair, dass man die App mit 50 Bildern am Tag testen und dann für 3,99€ kaufen kann

- pretty good at correctly identifying photos I want to delete 

Con:
- videos are not loading very well so I can’t watch them to delete
- app doesn’t identify duplicates, which would be an obvious choice for deleting

Oh, and just so you know, the duplicate finding feature is available in the Photos app on iOS: 1. Go to the Photos app on your iPhone. 2. Tap Collections. 3. Tap Utilities, then tap Duplicates.

I’ve tried several photo clean up apps and this one seems to be the most user friendly. A couple of things that would make it even better would be the ability to quickly see if it’s a video versus still photo and date and location info would be helpful to quickly assess keeping vs deleting. I gave the trial a shot and ran the first scan, and honestly, I was pretty surprised by how easy it was to use. Super simple layout, and it just worked right away. It does on device processing which is a nice bonus, fast and private. It actually found a bunch of blurry and junk photos I didn’t even realize I had, which convinced me to go ahead and buy the full version.

Only thing I’d like to see added is a filter to sort by just photos or just videos, so it’s easier to focus on what you want to clean up. But overall, really solid app—makes cleaning up your photo library way less of a chore!
