Blessings to you and your team. ### 4/5 — There’s a slight delay in the Audio *2023-03-31* I like it, it does what it’s supposed to. I just don’t like the slight audio delay. If it’s a voiceover I just re do the voiceover in the other app(time consuming) I also notice the video quality has been a little grainy. Mind you I record my content on my iPhone 12 mini. Not sure if it’s due to me recording face front (less quality) but overall it does what it’s supposed to! ### 4/5 — This app works *2023-03-04* I looked at a few apps which were basically all scams to get ur money, this isn’t like that even tho there is someee paid features, although you don’t have to pay to use the app which is good and they also offer a free trial too, i do notice one thing and that the audio and the video itself is a bit off. I think $10 a month is a little pricey since it only works for one app, TikTok. It’s very easy to use when it works which is 80% of the time. Definitely wish it could be used for Facebook or other apps as well. I’d be glad to pay the monthly fee maybe even more if it worked on other platforms. I like this app and totally recommend it if you wanna save videos without watermark, definitely gonna use this app more . Emailed asking why I was charging 2times and still no response ### 4/5 — Messes with the sound *2022-09-22, version 2.11.1* Usually a quick and easy way to remove watermarks; but occasionally glitches. Not good for any video you need the sound to remain synced, for example lip syncing or transitions. Throws them off slightly. I will often find the same sound on another platform and that way I can mute the one from the video after this app removes the watermark. ### 3/5 — It’s decent *2022-08-07, version 2.10* It requires you to pay money to save but once you have it does do the job it supposed to. It saves videos nice and fast however I have one problem with it that messes with me. There are specific links that when you switch back to the app it has an error trying to find the video you copied the link from. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having this app if you can’t save the videos you want. It doesn’t always happen but when it does it has trouble finding the video and it keeps having trouble even if you retry or press the “open tiktok” button, I even tried restarting the app and tik tok to see if it would work and it still gives the same issue. Most videos however can be saved but not all. I suggest that when you click the “open tiktok” button in the main screen of the app that when it takes you to tik tok and you click “copy link” it should automatically switch you back to the app and find the video instead of you manually having to copy the link and go back to the app, so that way it hopefully has a easier time finding the video. Other than me not being able to save specific videos it does do the job. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for detailed review , We have resolved all issues , kindly update app . ### 3/5 — Contact Us button and save profile not working *2022-07-16, version 2.9.2* The only thing that works on this app is saving your TikTok without the watermark. Trending videos to go to a trending profile is not working and you can only save the profile to your phone .it no longer allows to save a profile that you can open in TikTok Their Contact Us button doesn’t work either so you can’t report a problem ### 4/5 — Quick and easy but expensive *2022-06-11, version 2.8* I’ve had several apps that save Tik Tok videos without the watermark and they have just stopped working…taking my annual subscription money with them! So far this app has not any glitches and is very easy to use, no going back and forth from Tik Tok to the app, all done in one place and fast! I did reach out to customer service the other day about an annual subscription because $10 a month for this app is expensive and an annual subscription would normally save you a little money but they have yet to get back to me…dropping one star for that. ### 3/5 — Okay, only get one free go *2022-06-09, version 2.8* It’s not bad and it does remove the watermark. Only thing is… you can only do one video before you have to pay. Wish I knew this before cause I would have done my favorite video instead since I could only do one. Had no issues now it will NOT work at all no matter what! I even went back to my old videos it already did to see if it was an issue with TikTok or with this app and it clearly was an issue with THIS app. I reported the issue multiple times and they have never followed up on any of my reports I submitted. Don’t waste your money on this app bc it clear stops working and takes your money. Spend your money on other apps that actually get the work down properly for you. **Developer response:** its working fine now , please check again ### 1/5 — Great while it lasted *2022-12-10, version 2.12* I downloaded and did the free trial. It did what it was meant to do, so I subscribed monthly. I had to reset my phone and lost everything. I downloaded the app again and even though my subscription clearly shows in the App Store, I can’t restore my purchase via the app. Nothing happens. Submitted a message to the support team or developers for the app and it’s been a week and haven’t gotten any answers, so I’m paying for something I can’t use. ### 1/5 — You want your rating? Fine. Here’s 1 star *2022-05-21, version 2.8* It worked perfectly fine and actually let me save a video unlike other apps I tried. But after I only got to save one video, it refused to let me save another unless I pay. Also, it had the nerve to ask me to rate it several times in a row. So frustrating. This is absolutely disgusting and I am NOT paying you one red cent because you do NOT deserve it. All you deserve is 1 star. Uninstalled. ### 1/5 — G L I T C H Y G A R B A G E DOESN’T WORK *2021-06-01, version 1.7* When I first downloaded the app, I repeatedly (as in every 15-20 seconds) got a pop up window asking to review the app. I hadn’t even used it yet and was being hounded to submit a review which is unethical and extremely frustrating. I declined the pop up at least a dozen times before I was able to try out the app. It doesn’t allow you to save a video unless you pay a monthly or yearly subscription so I opted for monthly subscription which has only enabled me to save one video so far, it has saved the same video 4 times and won’t allow any other videos to be saved it just stays in a constant “loading” or “connecting” mode but doesn’t ever connect. Trying to get money back now don’t waste your time or money on this useless app **Developer response:** Please update app , we have resolved issue ### 2/5 — Too expensive *2023-04-22* It’s too expensive and you only get one watermark with out you know do you want to get one video without the watermark and then everything else you have to pay for and I think it’s for like a month that you have to do it like four dollars every month and it’s just no just now so it’s I’m gonna give this a decent two because it’s just now you only get one free video with no watermark and it’s just too expensive for no watermarks every month you have to pay four dollars I’m pretty sure no I just know so Achoo is what I’m going to give this out to 52 out of five ### 2/5 — Great for saving, but major audio delay makes it unusable *2023-01-03, version 2.12.1.* It works like a charm to save any video on TikTok minus the watermark so that you can reuse your videos on other socials without the algorithms nerfing your views. The problem is, though, that there is an insanely noticeable audio delay. I’m a musician making playthroughs of my own music on guitar. This is WAY too noticeable of an issue, making the app basically useless. Fix this issue, and your app is easily a 5 star app. ### 2/5 — Up charged/wrong subscription *2022-10-17, version 2.11.1* There is no way for me to choose a different option for subscriptions. It is going to charge me month-to-month instead of the yearly option. Nowhere on the app is there a place to change your subscription. I do not want to keep paying for the wrong thing. Can you guys fix this? However a five star app doesn’t pander for reviews every 30 seconds. I’m sure I’m not the only one posting a review just to get rid of said irritation. ### 3/5 — Irritated *2023-02-10, version 2.13.1* I sent multiple emails with no response and I was paying to get my videos and I could not get my videos from this app which caused me to not get pay on other websites so I am very unhappy and hopefully you guys don’t continue to have the same mistake plus creators who use this for other platforms ### 3/5 — It’s fine, but not better than websites online. *2023-01-24, version 2.13* It changes the audio sync to the video. For us, that’s a deal breaker for our workflow because we are musicians and need the audio to be in time. If you want the video without really caring about quality and really just want the watermark removed it is worth it. But, it might be better to edit in a software for text and then post on multiple platforms with that video. If the company wants feedback from this review I would say that if you can keep the audio/video sync it would be okay if it’s a lower quality video. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Very nice. *2023-05-18* I’ll admit, the spamming for me to give a rating was only annoying because I hadn’t even used the app so how was I supposed to give a rating when I didn’t know what I thought about the app? Other than that, WELL DONE. WELL DONE GUYS. This app is great I love the fact it was so straight forward, AND gave a little tutorial for you right in the beginning. This app is great. But one thing I would recommend to make this app, enjoyable for everybody is adding a feature where you can have premium and free free. You can just save the video and premium. You can have everything above as your premium is now, but. I might delete this app. But this app is very useful because the first video downloaded it had amazing quality. It was perfect at work so well it looks like I made the video but I didn’t but I don’t want to delete this app because of how helpful it is and how amazing it is so please add this feature. I love to edit/create videos on tiktok, but sometimes I feel like the tiktok watermark decreases the value/hard work put into the video. I’m currently unable to use it. The app appeared with different instructions this morning. I’ve followed the new instructions approximately 7 times and I’ve got nothing. I pay for the use of this app. I’m paying for something that doesn’t work 100%, at best 60%! I understand there’s going to be glitches, but don’t charge your customers while you’re working them out.
