Well it started after I took out the memory card to transfer the pictures to my computer and it didn’t work because it said files not available so It was whatever but once I put it back into the camera, all my pictures were gone. So I’ve been trying to upload my pictures from the camera itself to my phone and it just doesn’t work at all. Also, I never had a problem with the cropping or how I adjust the images to print. I’ll do a full picture and it’ll print out with one of the sides being white or just a bunch of lines. I never had this problem til maybe about a couple months ago. There are a few firmware update glitches. Like for example when downloading the updates it takes so long to update that it times out. Other than that, I’m happy with it . ### 1/5 — Please fix this app! *2021-04-24, version 3.0* I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I think we all know that the Zink paper tends to darken the photos when printing. My solution for that is to brighten the images in the app while editing under the Print Preview section right before printing. It tends to get the job done, and messing with the tones and colors of the image also helps out! But lately the app does not save the tone/color/brightness changes right before you print the image and it is so frustrating/annoying. Please, please, please update and fix this error. My camera is working, but since I bought it every pack of Polaroid zink paper I buy and print, my photos print faded, pail and yellow. I’ve tried so many things, but I just can’t seem to figure this out. I love the overall concept of this camera and especially paired with the app! Every time I get back to the app, it says update require required. I tried to update.
