### 2/5 — R

*2026-07-25, version 10.0.3*

Still hard to navigate

### 2/5 — SNAQ

*2026-07-12, version 10.0.3*

No accurate enough. Sometime the system doesn’t get the right foods.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2026-06-24, version 10.0.0*

I would rate five stars but the only issue is that as a 15 year old, paying $50+ a year is a little steep but it helps me manage my BG so much better and helps me manage my food goals such as protein and fiber intakes.

### 2/5 — Last Update Awful

*2026-06-20, version 10.0.0*

App was good until the last update. Now it’s too hard to find net carbs. I’ll be looking for a replacement app

### 5/5 — Free?

*2026-05-10, version 9.18.4*

Is this free

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-04-26, version 9.18.3*

I am so thankful to have found this app, the AI coach has been a game changer for me! Some of the nutrition if requires double checking for me. I
make most of my own food, vs packaged food.
I am a Type 1 on a pump and have been 93%+ in range due to the help of the app and the ai coach!

### 5/5 — Best Food/Glucose monitoring app

*2026-03-31, version 9.18.2*

This application does the job. Showing you glucose response to your meals and offering AI to assist with fixing your eating

### 3/5 — Cost of app

*2026-03-23, version 9.18.1*

Why is the cost hidden? The free trail of 7 days is not long enough to even get the hang of the app. Then the cost of $88/year, I just can’t. You can break it down to a couple of dollars a week, still the same at the end of the year. I’m retired due to disabilities including diabetes. I just can’t let myself get started in costly apps, even $88 helps with medical costs.

### 5/5 — Excellent !

*2026-03-21, version 9.18.1*

Would love widget for Home Screen.

### 2/5 — Terrible update

*2026-03-19, version 9.18.0*

The latest update has made this app almost useless. Can no longer easily find previous meals and it keeps putting the wrong time when I enter an insulin dose or a meal.

### 4/5 — Potential

*2026-02-20, version 9.17.3*

I like where there is app is headed, it has the potential to be 5 stars but unfortunately being an Australian based user the food database is limited for anyone outside the US. For the reviewers complaining about the 7 day free trial and then automatic subscription they have failed to understand that if you subscribe to a 7 day free trial then go in and unsubscribe from app directly after you subscribed you still get to use the app for free for the 7 days without the fear of forgetting to unsubscribe before free trial ends. It’s not rocket science people!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Expensive

*2026-08-05, version 10.0.5*

I wish you would stop asking me every time to rate WHAT I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR. STOP-IT!

### 1/5 — Эта дрянь за деньги

*2026-07-25, version 10.0.3*

Начинается как обычное приложение а потом начинает тянуть из тебя деньги

### 1/5 — Unreliable - Underdeveloped

*2026-07-07, version 10.0.2*

We are a newly diagnosed T1D family. I was excited to scan food and find trends and tips. With my first AI scan, it estimated 20 carbs for 3 grilled tenders and 20 carbs for a regular side of fries. This is gross incompetence… to the point where I feel like they shouldn’t offer this feature until it is more accurate. With that said, I thought I’d try to just type in foods. When I type “slim chickens fries,” it takes a minute to think and then a regular side of fries was way down at the bottom of what the search generated. Why would fried tenders be before fries when fries was clearly in the search field? I’m gonna try again today, but this is not quick or easy. It also took so many clicks to get anywhere in the app.

### 1/5 — Do not download

*2026-06-29, version 10.0.0*

Fraudulent billing

### 1/5 — Photo recognition is off

*2026-06-06, version 9.18.6*

Every time I take a picture of my meal for a carb count, the photo recognition is off! I think it would be good if that was fixed.

### 1/5 — 😡 😤 🤬 😖 🤮 GELÖSCHT

*2026-04-30*

“No PAYMENT” = “Yes DECLINED
             -Click-
“No PAYMENT Due Now”
     “7-Day Free Trial”
       “Try for $0.00”

### 1/5 — Bait and switch

*2026-04-18, version 9.18.2*

App world ok for about a day, then it stopped recognizing foods. Super clunky for entering ingredients. Dated updates and duplicated glucose entries. Then didn't let me cancel at the end of the trial period.

### 1/5 — Learning

*2026-03-15, version 9.17.4*

Not understanding how to separate meal entries

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2026-03-02, version 9.17.4*

Can’t do ANYTHING without a subscription. Worthless “tracker” that is ridiculously overpriced

*2026-08-22, version 10.0.6*

A++

### 5/5 — Discover spike triggers

*2026-08-14, version 10.0.6*

I was type 2 for decades, past tense. Using this app I was able to identify the food additives that were contributing to my insulin resistance. I avoid those inorganic additives and now I have a normal A1C and enjoy all the delicious carbs I had to avoid for decades; potatoes, pasta, rice. Oh my! And I have the evidence to prove it. Thank you snaq!

### 5/5 — Best In class! Super supportive GLP tool

*2026-08-10, version 10.0.5*

Most affordable with more bang for your buck features compared to other apps. I love how it integrates with my care team and Apple Health. Provides carb/protein & nutrition breakdown of meals- great app for GLP users!

### 5/5 — Worth the $$

*2026-08-06, version 10.0.5*

Just to be able to use it for carb counting is worth it!

### 5/5 — Great Tracker

*2026-08-05, version 10.0.5*

Easy to add food and the AI interpretation from a photo of a plate of food is really good. Helps me keep on top of spikes!

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2026-07-24*

I am surprised how well the integration with other apps works. Snaq is a game changer for CGM.

The customer support is incredibly fast, friendly, and willing to help. Questions are handled professionally and efficiently, making the overall experience smooth and reassuring.

**Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for the wonderful feedback! Hearing that SNAQ is a game changer for your CGM and that our support team took great care of you is exactly why we do what we do. Thank you!

### 5/5 — ⭐ The App I’ve Needed for 21 Years!

*2026-07-18, version 10.0.3*

I’ve had Type 1 diabetes for 21 years, and this is honestly the app I’ve been waiting for. It doesn’t just tell you the carbs—it teaches you how to eat your meal in a smarter order, suggests ways to reduce glucose spikes, and even explains why. For the first time, I feel like I have practical guidance instead of having to guess. This app has made managing diabetes feel less overwhelming, and I genuinely believe it’s improving my health. Thank you for creating something so useful.

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2026-06-23, version 10.0.0*
