The app crashed every time I leave the app for another for a second ! ### 2/5 — Basic but frustrating to use *2025-09-14, version 24.172.6* This app covers the essentials, but the overall experience is lacking. Navigation feels clunky, the design is too basic, and some features are hard to find. The main issue is login: Face ID doesn’t always work, OTPs are delayed, and re-authentication happens too often. But this app is too slow sometimes it takes forever to just LOGIN THROUGH FACE ID INTO THE APP. Do they not understand that speed is crucial in trading? Everything they have is slow: 1 - transferring money 2- logining in 3- update the prices of the stock (i use yahoo finance to know the now price imagine that) And on the top of that they take 10$ for every freaking transaction you make and u wonder where does this money go ? Updating this app? No they are probably using it to buy masks not for corona but to hide their filthy greedy faces. Processes are not intuitive. Resolution of basic things needs to happen over email and take time (e.g., being able to buy a stock). I would use other more advanced and customer friendly brokerages if they had access to the markets I want. Hopefully that will be happening soon ### 1/5 — Needs urgent attention by SNB capital management if they truly care *2025-07-30, version 24.172.6* I have tried Albilad and Derayah capital and the worse is AlAhli capital, I now use Albilad capital and there is zero commissions on transactions (sell and buy) AlAhli is 2.3 dollar per transaction unless AlAhli change this at least for their premium customers, they will lose to competitors like Albilad and derayah who have zero commissions and in addition the platform of AlAhli is outdated, very elementary a compared to other platform. But it took about 2 weeks of daily phone calls, going to the bank, and emails before NBC finally gave me an account! From my experience, you most likely will hate NBC for the ridiculous process they take to make this account for you, but the platform is by far the best I have tried.
