This app is terrible. The Face ID never works and says my password is incorrect all the time when it’s not. The app is always undergoing maintain even though nothing changes. Switching banks because the app is terrible and the customer service is trash.

nothing ever works and this bank and app will not connect to any payment services such as paypal and venmo easily. always kicks me out and makes no sense.

This app is complete trash! The current balance takes days to update and I end up 6 cents in the negative and get charged a $32 fee for going over because the app doesn’t do its job keeping track of my balance!

I’ll keep it short and sweet.

No passcode/ touch or Face ID option. 

It’s 2019. Their mobile app has been around for years. 

Get your act together, this is embarrassing.......

Needs an iphone x update, main issue. I would also appreciate a four digit passcode to login or use my face/finger print lock. It makes it more secure and easier rather than logging in all the time.

This app has a ton of issues and it seems like it only gets harder to use every time they update it. I frequently get signed out while I’m using the app, the sign in page never remembers my username, the new update to use FaceID doesn’t work, a One-Time passcode has to be texted to me almost every single time I sign in. This app is good when it does what it’s supposed to, but otherwise it’s a wreck.

Having that option on many other apps, it would be great if SNB allowed that on this app! Either that or a 4 digit number so I don’t have to remember the password or type it in all the time!
