I’ve just used it to plan an assistanve but the app, after 2 failed sending attempts and an error message of failed sending, actually had submitted 6 equal requests and I had to cancel the 5 extra ones.
I hope this inconvenient is repaired, meantime, I’ll rely on SNCB official website to plan my next trips.
