Cependant l’application peut être améliorée au niveau de son accessibilité (menu plus intuitif, reprendre plus d’informations essentielles comme la voie de départ, la zone correspondante aux voitures etc.). Il ne m’était par ailleurs pas possible de télécharger le billet (avec QR) via l’app. J’ai du passer par l’application tiers pour ce faire. ### 3/5 — Both App & Website Suck *2025-12-11, version 9.7.3* Neither the app — nor the mobile website (Safari, iPhone 17Pro, iOS26) will allow the keyboard to pop up - therefore you cannot type the name of any train station other than the suggested stations! ### 2/5 — One huge omission…. *2025-11-08, version 9.7.3* You cannot upload an anytime use ticket into the app. Why? Because the don’t get assigned a DNR number like actual booked timed tickets. This is just without thought. There is always an issue and it always crashed. I optimistically try to buy tickets every week and every week it fails. Certains écrans ne fonctionnent simplement pas. En updates waren ook niet zo up to date. ### 2/5 — app très lente *2025-09-14, version 9.7.3* J’ai essayé de réserver mon billet à plusieurs reprises par l’application rien que pour accéder a la page de payement cela ma pris plus de 5 minutes d’attente. Lorsque que l’on arrive sur la page de payement les payement apple pay et google pay ne sont pas supportés ce qui rend la tache encore plus longue et peasant. J’ai du payer 7€ de plus au guichet de la gare. A eviter si votre train est dans l’heure qui suit. (PS: SNCB remboursé moi mes 7€, je ne dois pas être pénalisé car votre application n’est pas à l’air du jour!) ### 1/5 — Can’t Login *2025-07-22, version 9.7.3* The iPhone app won’t let me login to my account even though I am able to login in on iPad and iMac web browser interfaces. ### 1/5 — Traag *2025-07-18, version 9.7.3* Ongelofelijk trage app. Het duurt een eeuwigheid voor die de opties oplijst. En gebruik zeker niet de button “vroegere” of “ latere treinen” want dan is de batterij van de smartphone sneller leeg dan het verschijnen van het antwoord van de app. Lukt het uiteindelijk toch (na -tig pogingen) om je treinritten te selecteren, loopt de app vast vooraleer die tot de betaalopdracht kan overgaan. Ik heb door deze app mijn reisplannen gewijzigd. Ce qui est faux ! J’ai demandé un nouveau mot de passe que j’ai jamais reçu. Daarnaast is de app extreem traag en loopt hij regelmatig vast. Een ticket boeken naar Nederland met een paar overstappen kost me >15 minuten. Echt niet meer van deze tijd! Unusable, uninstalling. ### 1/5 — The worst service ever *2026-01-09, version 9.7.3* I never thought you can hate a brand until I got to know Belgian Trains. This company, clearly run by a bunch of incompetent individuals, makes my life a living hell on a daily basis. With random delays, cancellations, and a new favourite - skipping over stops, they always make sure that you never get to your destination on time. And as a cherry on top - they will charge you an absolute fortune for the train journey. But hey, these are the things you can do when you are a monopoly I guess. If I could take literally any other public transport service - I would. Unfortunately we are stuck with this bunch of baboons who were somehow trusted to run a NATIONAL train service. Good luck to everyone traveling with them and I hope to live long enough to see the fall of NMBS with my own two eyes and to get to celebrate this joyous occasion. ### 1/5 — App is absolute trash *2025-12-27, version 9.7.3* I’ve been travelling regularly on the belgian railways for years and have avoided this app at all costs. Very user unfriendly and extremely glitchy, use other apps if possible you will save precious nerves trying to navigate. What’s sad to me is the fact that the national app has become so amazing to use I don’t understand why its not possible to incorporate international travel in the national travel app. What a shame! ### 1/5 — The worst app in the internet *2025-12-23, version 9.7.3* I don’t know how devs achieved such a low quality.
