Makes buying a train ticket as difficult as possible, wants to know the names and date of birth of all passengers, which appears as an error when you think you’ve put in all the details. Coming from England, where were think it’s pretty bad, this is saying something.

Have attempted many times to have correspondence language fro this company changed from French to English — however, for over a year now every email (from inOui / SNCF / SNCF Connect) is NEVER in English. Have sent messages, emails, and tried to phone  — but still no joy. VERY FRUSTRATING…!!!

Finding the correct train and platform in a busy terminal can be stressful for tourists. The information regarding the train in the app/ticket only shows your destination not the final destination that is displayed on the information boards eg the train Brussels to Lille is shown as Strasbourg, so having that in the app would be ideal. Having the actual platform, if possible would be perfect.

Update: As of August 4 the app is now working. I contacted SNCF through Facebook and and emailed their executive office. They got back to me over a few days and asked for more details and screen shots and it eventually was fixed. Thank you. 

Original review: I’ve been using SCNF Connect for years with no problems. I’m buying tickets for an upcoming trip and the app doesn’t work from Canada on my iPhone or iPad. I bought my tickets from the website but can’t import them into my app. FIX THIS PLEASE as I’m aware of lots of people with the same issue.

A few days after I wrote the above, SCNF responded asking for a detailed description of the problem and they would try and look into it. I notice that they have done this in response to other reviews. Well, the detailed description is that the app doesn’t work in North America, just like I and numerous others have noted. The problem is obvious; stop asking for more info just to avoid fixing it.

I’ve had the application for several years and has worked well.  As of lately, it’s almost impossible to use on my IPhone 17Pro.  I have the language set to English.  I’ve had this setup since I started using it.  Now for last two months, the entire application freezes on any type of query.  If i however change the language to French, then the application works perfectly.  So, all of a sudden.. in English, frozen.  I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling but nothing works.
