Danke! ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-03-12* You have to pay for at minimum weekly access PLUS you have to buy credits for authentication. It’s a total money grab. **Developer response:** Hey, thanks for your feedback, but I wanted to let you know that there's a subscription plus credits because each authentication actually costs us to run (AI models, and a human reviewer on higher tiers). And pricing is laid out in the app description, so this is not a scam, just how the cost works. I’ve taken 4 photos and wrong every time….. **Developer response:** Hey, sorry you had that experience back in October. Since then we've pushed a few major updates, better accuracy on the model, faster authentication times, and improvements to how the app handles photos so it's more forgiving with angles and lighting. If you're open to giving it another shot, I'd genuinely love to hear if it works better for you now. The pictures were hires and clear because I took them directly myself **Developer response:** Hey, thanks so much for sharing your feedback! It’s awesome that you’re putting some classic DC pairs through the app, you clearly have a great eye for sneakers. We totally hear you on the model specifics. With those older, vintage pairs, the silhouettes can be super similar, so the AI usually needs a very specific "pro" angle or a super tight macro shot of the tongue tag to tell them apart from other releases. Even with high-res photos, a tiny shift in the framing or lighting can make all the difference for those rare gems. It sounds like a quick adjustment on the camera placement would get you that perfect match. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2025-07-24* The app is clunky when opening it and often won’t open. The picture feature doesn’t recognize Sabrina Ionescu shoe nor can her shoes be found in a search. I opted for the full year subscription at 39.99 and when I looked in the Apple App Store it offered a year subscription for $19.99. The intent of the app is great, but didn’t deliver. **Developer response:** Thanks a bunch for taking the time to give us such detailed feedback. It truly means a lot to us.
