• Use Sniip app to scan the BPAY Biller Code
• Enter the amount you want to pay
• Select the debit or credit card you want to pay with
• Pay securely with Touch ID, Face ID, or a four-digit pin. Done!

PROCESSING FEES

Paying from a bank account has a processing fee FREE in the Sniip app.

Debit cards incur a 0.65% processing fee, and prepaid cards incur a 0.85% processing fee.

We offer both personal and business processing fees for American Express. Personal Amex payments (not including ATO/superannuation/business billers) receive a 1.29% processing fee - the best rate in the market! Our business rates are tiered based on the payment amount from 1.75% +GST. 

Diners, Citibank and other credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) incur a 1.5% processing fee (international cards are 3%).

NOTE: There are no subscription fees, fixed-fees per transaction or any other hiddens fees in the Sniip app. The processing fee is the only fee you pay for our service and this fee is paid once only on your card, through the Sniip app. There are no additional fees for your transaction.

Poorly designed signup form results in iOS keyboard covering the promo code section, so you’ll miss it, plus customer service won’t retroactively credit promos when the promo code is what attracted the new customer. Plus the signup proces doesn’t ask you to add your frequent flyer number so if you forget look for it buried under a menu somewhere, you will miss out on points earn for that too. This whole scheme is designed to hook in customers with promotions then put them through the worst possible app UI designed to prevent customers from benefiting from the promos.

Fraud, scammer. There should be option to -5 stars. Don’t trust these guys. I used their service for the first time. I paid my bill 10 days ago and when I call my service provider they said they haven’t received any service and snipp says payment has been paid but I have confirmed this with my service providers three times and they haven’t received the payment yet and it’s been more than 10 days. Don’t trust these guys they are fraud scam. Even when you call the snipp customer Care they will say we can’t create the transaction number or we can’t do the reverse got to an already paid but even when I showed them the bill which is still overdue they say it’s been paid. It will reflect it will reflect and they are saying this from last 10 days.
