## What is SNIP?

For people who can’t walk past beautiful typography.

SNIP lets you collect letters from the world around you and turn them into your own words and designs.

From street signs and posters to stickers and marks left on walls, anything you photograph can become creative material.

■ Collect letters from photos

Take a photo and press and hold on a letter to separate it from the background.

There’s no need to trace every outline by hand. You can also refine your selection using freeform, rectangle, or circle tools.

Korean consonants and vowels are grouped together as a single character, even when they are separated.

■ Build your own letter library

Collected pieces are organized by language.

Add frequently used pieces to your favorites, or hide languages you don’t use to keep your library organized.

The letters once buried in your camera roll become a library you can use anytime.

Your finished work can be saved as a PNG with a transparent background and reused in other projects.

You can also set a target word or phrase and collect the letters you need to complete it.

올해 본 어플 중에 가장 사랑스러운 어플입니다! 오래 전부터 글자 수집과 패턴 수집을 해온 사람으로서 너무너무 취향이고 ui/ux도 가볍고 심플해서 좋네요. 다만 오래 쓰고 싶은데 아무래도 데이터 소실이 걱정되어서 백업 기능이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다!

1. 저도 평소에 귀여운 타이포나 도형 찍는 취미가있었는데 이렇게 쉽게 아카이빙 할수 있는 앱을 공유해주셔서 감사해요. 테스트버전부터 쓰고있었는데 좋네요.
2. 쓰레드에 올려주신 도장기능도 얼른 써보고 싶습니다!! 
3. 사용해보니 촬영한 장소나 시간이 자동으로 기록되거나 내가 메모를 추가할 수 있으면 더 좋을것 같슴다
4. 그리고 이건 어쩔 수 없을것깉긴한데 앱이 약간 무거운 느낌….? 사용할수록 핸드폰 발열이 심해져서.. 조금더 가벼워질수 있는지는 궁금합니다..!

앱 잘 쓰고 있어요! 제가 직접 찍은 사진에서 타이포를 따오다 보니 성취감이 큰데요. 다만 아카이브를 보다가 어떤 사진에서 가져왔는지 기억이 안 날 때가 있더라고요…타이포를 옆으로 넘기면 원본 사진이 나타나는 등 어떤 방법이든 좋으니 원본 사진을 세트로 같이 아카이빙 할 수 있으면 좋겠어요!

ベータ版が話題になってから使ってみて、正式リリースを楽しみにしていました。日本語を追加してくださって嬉しいです！

良いなあと思った文字を切り抜いて並べて保存しておける、文字特化のアプリ。痒い所に手が届く(しかもオシャレな！)アプリで、とても楽しんで使っています。

過去に集めた漢字で、小さく囲まれた部分を取り除き忘れて保存してしまったものがあります。今のところ一度切り抜いた文字を編集する手段はないようですが、もし可能ならそういう機能があれば今後も助かるだろうなあと思います。
文字をいつでもパパッと集められるのが素敵なアプリだと思うので、後から訂正したくなることも多くありそうで…。
漢字はハングルよりも複雑なので難しい部分も多いと思いますが、今後のアップデートにも期待しています！
