### 1/5 — Truly the worst customer service

By far one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had.

It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received the refund for two returned items. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Every interaction with customer support has been a complete waste of time.

The most infuriating part is that support tickets are routinely marked as “resolved” without any actual resolution. No explanation, no update, no refund—just an attempt to close the case and move on. It seems like their priority is improving their ticket metrics rather than helping customers.

At this point, it genuinely feels like once Snitch has your money, getting it back is entirely your problem. The complete lack of accountability and ownership is shocking. A company that cannot process a simple refund even after a month, while repeatedly ignoring its customers, has no business claiming to provide good service.

Save yourself the frustration and think twice before ordering from Snitch. If anything goes wrong with your order or refund, don’t expect their customer support to help. Based on my experience, you’re likely to be ignored, passed around, and left waiting indefinitely while your tickets are quietly closed without a solution.

I ordered 2 jeans and 1 shirt from Snitch. Initially, I accidentally forgot to include my society name in the delivery address, which caused my first order to be undeliverable. I immediately contacted customer care, and they assured me they had raised a ticket to update my address. Later, they marked the ticket as "resolved," so I assumed the issue had been fixed.

Based on that, I placed another order for 1 more pair of jeans and 1 shirt using the correct address. It's now been 10 days, and only the jeans from my second order has been delivered. The shirt from the second order hasn't even been shipped. As for my first order, I've been following up with customer support every single day. They keep raising new tickets and marking them as resolved without actually solving the problem.

This is the most pathetic customer service I've experienced from any online shopping platform. I've also reached out to their team on LinkedIn and even messaged the CEO, but I received no response. Their team replied once on LinkedIn and then completely stopped responding.

If anyone from Snitch's concerned team is reading this, please call me and resolve my issue. Otherwise, I strongly recommend that people think twice before ordering from Snitch. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and will never order from them again.

The decision is yours, but based on my experience, I would advise others to be very careful before placing an order with Snitch.

Trying to reach them from past 10 days no resolution from them. App is unresponsive worst user experience. Customer service team is like a dead end no help nothing.

I have placed an order on 23rd November. On the app it says it has reached the location on 25th of November. It is 1st December today and I am yet to receive the order. The delivery date was 27th. It was for a wedding outfit and I was left with no choice but to buy something from a different Store. They ask a time slot for callback and do not call. Plus their delivery partners hold the courier and meanwhile if you want to cancel it the application customer says - “there was an error processing your selection. Please try again”. There is no way you can get your money back or even the outfit you paid for. Both are stuck for indefinite period and customer service is terrible.

The products are really good but the after sales service is absolutely pathetic. Company should do something about it else it will take the whole company down with it. No proper resolution of issues, multiple follow ups, half baked chatbot which spits out scripted stuff. Very difficult to get in touch with customer support for any general issue. You must have some order with the exact issue that the chatbot expects one to have. They charge you a return fee even when the product is defective. Exchanging takes days and no proper way to track it on the app. Their dumb chatbot spits the same msg if try to get help from it. What a shame !!

They have marked my product as delivered when I did not receive it. And even after complaining so many times, there has been no action from their end! Very disappointing after sales service! I did not expect this from Snitch. I am a new customer. This was my 3rd product that I ordered. But after the service I have seen from you guys, I don’t see myself being a customer of Snitch in future. And nor will I recommend this Brand to any of my friends or family. I really hope you atleast sort out my issue after writing so much. Because I haven’t received a single mail or message from the Snitch of whether they will be replacing my product or give me a refund or till when would this be resolved.

It’s not about product, it’s about snitch customer support , if u try to retuen an article they forst shows return accepted, but then for 7 days , they just send a mgs that pick up failed , no body will contact u , but they will daily share same mgs and if u will try seeking help from customer chat they will say wait for 24-48 hours and similarly 7 days are completed and no action is take and this way u can’t return an article here !!! So be aware , then u can only ezchange the article . I even raused the ticket for the sane but they wrote the reason that delivery agent was unable to reach u , for delivery they were easily able to reach but for return they are unable !!! 

Would never recommend anyone this store for shopping

I had ordered a shirt from Snitch and the delivery was handled by Bluedart. The courier service kept sending me messages saying “delivery attempt failed” without actually attempting delivery, without calling, and without even visiting my address. I had to chase customer support multiple times just to get my prepaid order delivered.

On top of that, I had to wait 9 minutes in a queue just to speak with customer support because there was only one agent (Vishal) handling 9 people at the same time. That’s ridiculous for a brand claiming to be premium.

To make it worse, Snitch even asked me to reschedule delivery myself instead of handling it from their end. If I had chosen Cash on Delivery, I would have been charged ₹100 extra for delivery, which is completely unfair given how unreliable their courier partner is.

Overall, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. A simple shirt delivery turned into unnecessary stress, and I will think twice before ordering again.

I’ve been trying to return/exchange 3 of my items. The return button is somehow now available on a few products which are already sold out. Instead it shows an exchange button which makes no sense as the product is already sold out.

Seems like some developer has switched the return and exchange button functionality 😅

Contacting them is again an issue. The chatbot is buggy too, doesn’t allow you to put manual inputs. Needs to select from a list of options which are again not very intuitive.
