All the fees were listed when going to purchase the item and they updated me with each step of the process after checkout, including authentication of the item. It was shipped to me in 3 days which was amazing! I was able to buy boxes of Japanese cards cheaper than anywhere else on the internet, and I enjoyed getting constant updates on the progress of my cards. Only issue is that it took more than 2 of their business days to ship out from their facility, otherwise no complaints whatsoever. I used to use stockx but snkr dunk is miles ahead of stockx in every category. eBay and snkr dunk are the only apps for this sneaker head. ### 5/5 — Authentic Sb Dunk *2024-12-31, version 1.5.9* So i’m not sure whats going on with the bad ratings for the sneakers but I recently ordered the Sb Dunk aj4 pine green from them. Did take awhile due to the holidays. When it arrived, it was in its og box in great condition. Shoes smelt like how it should smell brand new. Used the legit check app and they came back awarding me the authentic certificate. Go check out my certificate on the legit check app made on Dec 29, 2024 at 12:02am. Got charged for winning some bids, then instantly reversed. Email support, just as worthless. After placing few orders I can see that they are not organized, I paired shipping fees for 2 orders, but this 2 order arrived in same times, ( even having a tape to stick the 2 orders together) how come should I pay twice in this case ? ### 1/5 — Horrible Buyer Experience *2026-01-23, version 1.16.1* In the scenario where the seller doesn’t ship the item, the buyer have to suck on all responsibilities and there is no compensation to offset the damage caused by this. Also says up to 50% off shipping when you buy more than 1 but no point of the fees are gonna double everything, basically if I buy 2 shoes you’d think it’d be cheaper than buying one but the fees make it cost more once you look at it ### 1/5 — Seller never fulfilled order *2025-08-17, version 1.8.3* First purchase I’ve ever made and the seller didn’t ship. SNKRDUNK is unreliable. I returned them and got a refund. You should just buy from somewhere else. ### 1/5 — Way too many push notifications *2025-05-02, version 1.7.7* I will get 4 or 5 notifications a day minimum. ### 1/5 — No Customer Service, only AI *2025-01-25, version 1.5.11* I used this app for the first time to purchase cards and was double charged for an item I purchased once and cannot get a hold of customer support to fix the issue. I would not advise using this app to make purchases. ### 1/5 — One of the worst seller system in the game *2025-01-22, version 1.5.11* They have the one of the worst seller system, for example request to ship within 24 hours and you are unable to active pick up shipment on the app I don’t understand if seller cannot request to pick up shipment how the hell can anyone ship anything on time ### 1/5 — Don’t buy sneakers if you can’t buy it under ur currency *2025-01-09, version 1.5.9* Had a couple times, sellers didn’t ship the item and they refunded me, but got charged with currency exchange rate, etc. that’s fine but I don’t think there’s actually a serious penalty for not shipping the shoes. That’s what triggered me. In the end, ur the one who lost.
