تجربة سيئة جداً ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم. تم تسليمي طلباً مختلفاً تماماً عن المواصفات والكميات المطلوبة (وصلتني 3 كراتين بدلاً من 5، وبأوزان أقل من المكتوب في التطبيق). وعند رفضي استلام الطلب المخالف، بدلاً من معالجة الخطأ وحماية العميل، تم فرض قيود على حسابي وتقييد الدفع النقدي! تطبيق لا يتحمل المسؤولية ولا يحمي حقوق عملائه، ونجمة واحدة كثيرة بحقهم.

في البداية يسعدني ان اقدم لكم جزيل الشكر والتقدير على ما تبذلونه من مجهود
لكن لدي تنبيه بسيط بنسبة لكم ولكنه كبير بنسبة لي 
انا كفيفة واستخدم نظام قارئ الشاشة لاستخدام التطبيق فالبداية كان استخدام تطبيق سنونو سهل وسلس للغاية وكان من اكثر تطبيقات التوصيل تمكيناً لذوي الاعاقة البصريةولكن بعد التحديث اصبح صعب الاستخدام بل شبه المستحيل فلم يتوافق التطبيق مع قارئات الشاشة وهذا ما يحد من إستقلالية الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة وفي النهاية يرجى مراجعة الموضوع
