Accept a task when at the store and instructions are easy to follow. Downsides are the questions are sometimes unnecessarily repetitive or inapplicable, the number of photos often make it hard to remain undercover (other audit apps are much lighter on the photos) and it’s difficult to do when trying to keep an eye on children. If I see tasks worth doing that are easy enough I’ll do them. Heard our complaints and doubled down. They designed an even worse app. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-05-07* They took a buggy, frustrating app (Mobee) and somehow made a far worse version of it. Camera capture fails frequently - several tries hitting the shutter button for one capture - and form requires you to continue capturing photos for non applicable questions, or they won’t pay. Speaking of that- this company and its predecessor app, Mobee, feature low pay rates and high visit rejection rates in comparison to the many other companies and apps in this field. They do not pay in cash at all, and instead have you acquire “points” that can only be redeemed at selected intervals for gift cards from selected companies. Basically, if you want to spend 25 minutes taking the same photo of a shelf section over and over and over again because the app developer couldn’t even be bothered to introduce a “N/A” response capability, this app is just right for you. Enjoy making store personnel uncomfortable for $3.50, paid in “points”, that are still considered taxable income even though you cannot withdraw for cash at any point interval. This is an unethical business model with terrible product development. I am a manager at a local retail and had multiple young staff members who were creeped out by old men taking photographs around the store (potentially of them), this app should not exist, and gives creeps a good cover story… ### 1/5 — Tried to cash out $341 but they never paid me *2024-10-08, version 6.0.0* I tried to cash out my balance of $341. Their app says they paid me however they didn’t transfer my money to my account. Many emails with screenshots have been unanswered. Have used for years but no longer when they don’t pay me what I earnt. ### 1/5 — Reward Disappears Once Mission Is Successful *2024-05-27, version 6.0.0* This app has a glitch. When I submit my missions the reward amount goes to “Waiting for Validation,” but after the mission is marked as Successful, the cash reward then disappears from Waiting For Validation, but does not get moved to my balance. I should have over $300 in my balance but it’s showing I have less than $50. I would really like this glitch to be fixed and to be paid the amount I earned for completing the missions successfully. I have not received any communication from Snooper after submitting my issue. ### 1/5 — dodgy not even tested *2024-03-23, version 5.0.4* you might want to check your app and see if people can get past the check in point to actually get to be able to complete the missions because I can't ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2023-10-28, version 5.0.3* The app don’t work well for check in so mission has been declined. Don’t waste your time with this poor peanut, they pay not even enough for what they ask and create stupid rules which is impossible to make in front of a worker in front of me and staying undercover. It’s reason why all missions nearby is still available they need to wake up ### 1/5 — Funds stolen and customer support severely lacking *2023-09-19* Was doing tasks and saving up the funds in the app to get them cashed out later. Someone hacked into my app somehow and changed the bank accounts details and stole all the funds. I found out the next day and sent an email to inform snooper. The app doesn’t even let me go to my account to try change my password. It crashes every single time I try to go there I have sent so many emails trying to follow up on this and have gotten absolutely no where. First reported on 31 August 2023 and 20 days later, it’s been radio silence since 4 September even though I’ve followed up four times since then. Be aware that if something goes wrong, there is no help for you! **Developer response:** Hi, we apologise if it took us time to reply to your emails but we believe this has been sorted out now and that we took actions to add the money back to your account :) Our team always tries to reply within 24hours but in certain circumstances it might take them longer. In any case we should try to always be proactive in our communication with our community and we apologise if we haven't been transparent enough as we were trying to solve your tickets. Regarding the security of your account, we encourage all our users to adopt the recommended guidelines when it comes to setting up a password (12 characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, no personal information, update every 6 months, not replying toe password reset emails not proactively initiated by yourself...).
