I literally used it last night with my snoozeband. So I tried a few things. Disconnecting other Bluetooth devices even though they weren’t turned on. Closing and restarting the app a handful of times. Deleting the app and redownloading it. Well, that was were I received error code 522. I can’t even sign on. So now I’m stuck trying to find a new white noise that won’t have any problems and it’s past the time I need to go to bed. Problem is, I 100% rely on this now for sleep and Snoozeband just broke my trust. Even worse, no one will get to my email until Monday, I believe. I’m very sad about this. ### 1/5 — Series waste of time and money *2025-12-26, version 1.3.0* Worked fine for about five minutes second time trying to open the app and it just crashes. I am using a iPhone 16 so I don’t think that’s the issue. Even if I do get it to work again it’s not worth the headache or cost. It doesn’t do anything a five dollar eye mask and an analog white noise machine wouldn’t do. This is my 3rd headband and definitely the most comfortable. The app looked great and after a brief test I was really looking forward to trying it on Christmas night. Unfortunately, when I went bed and launched the app, it took ages to start and never loaded properly. Everything I tried to play wouldn’t work and it kept giving me a permission denied error message! I gave up and used Apple Music instead. Following morning, it was working fine. It definitely wasn’t my phone’s connection.
