The design is minimalistic yet beautiful, just as you expect from a high quality iPhone app. The app is very intuitive allowing to set and configure alarms very easily. Regarding features, this app has full of them! The snooze using voice is brilliant and one of my favorites. One suggestion that might improve the app: change the OFF title on the main page to TURN OFF or find a different way (maybe a switch control) to make it clear that this is an action (turn OFF the alarm) rather than a state (alarm is OFF). Including the alarm title on the main page will also help to keep things in context.
