According to scientific research, listening to tranquil music and soothing sounds before going to bed reduces anxiety by up to 60%. It also improves the quality of sleep right on the first night! 

So let’s catch some Zzz’s together – with snoozy! 

How to use snoozy?

First, create compositions in the app that will put you in a good mood and state of relaxation.

We recommend that you: 
- Use an acupressure mat (if you have one).
- Light up a fragrance lamp (if you have one). Scents like lavender, sandalwood, eucalyptus, bergamot and jasmine positively affect the quality of your sleep. 
- Turn off the lights.
- Once you're ready, lie down and relax and put on your favorite tune from snoozy. You can set the timer so that it will turn off automatically.

Also, remember to take care of your sleep schedule. It’s important to go to bed and wake up at the same time. In the ‘Bedtime’ tab, set a daily reminder for time to relax. Thanks to this, your body will set its circadian rhythm, and you’ll get the most out of your sleep!

If you want white noise simplicity at its finest for FREE with no requests for personal info whatsoever and absolutely NO ADS, this is it. The app is very user-friendly and makes composing your own sounds extremely simple, it’s only downside is that you’re limited to approximately 24 sounds (at most), only one of which is an actual musical melody. Because I wanted a variety of musical backdrops for my white noises, this ultimately wasn’t the app for me. However, again, if you’re simply looking for basic white noises without the need to register an email, that comes without any ads at all and doesn’t ask for a pint of your blood… this is about as straightforward as you can get. Even though it wasn’t quite what I was wanting personally, it’s a wonderful app for what it is, easy five stars.
