Sometimes you can use it, most days you cannot. It hardly connects and when it does, it takes way too long change the settings. The only thing this app offers other than manually changing the settings, is that you can lock it so your little can’t play with the buttons. This technology is so archaic that it is more stressful than beneficial. ### 5/5 — Really no big issues *2021-01-24, version 1.5* We have had this product almost 2 years and it’s been great. At our old house our bedroom was far from the baby’s so there were times I had trouble connecting, but I think we’ve been super lucky to not have experienced what others have. I will say that up until recently I had the app on an Android device so I’ll be curious to see if I have issues on an iPhone. ### 3/5 — App doesn’t work *2020-07-31, version 1.5* Just received our Snoozypod in the mail today. I downloaded the app and when I try to open it, it just says “searching”. We have not tried the actual device yet, but will do so tonight. ### 2/5 — What happened *2020-06-11, version 1.5* It worked great yesterday (day one), I could turn Snoozypod on and off and change all the settings. Now today it will only allow me to use on/off feature and nothing else. I can’t even click on the settings icon. Even deleted and reinstalled. Disappointed.
