Tried to use the phone to have it on continuously but the slider /button thing won’t let me swipe it to continuously. It will stay on 30 minutes. I’ve deleted the app, closed it out, everything you can think of, and it won’t work. I may have to return for that fault. Great concept but kinda need it to work constantly. ### 1/5 — App Malfunctions *2019-06-09, version 1.5* Developers: Please fix this app to correctly operate the Snoozypod. It is a terrible waste of time when you have to restart the app over and over again to get it to simply turn on and work as it should. It hardly connects and when it does, it takes way too long change the settings. The only thing this app offers other than manually changing the settings, is that you can lock it so your little can’t play with the buttons. This technology is so archaic that it is more stressful than beneficial. ### 1/5 — App cannot find snoozy pod *2020-05-26, version 1.5* Downloaded the app but it can never find a snoozy pod to connect to, even when I’m sitting right next to it. Just keeps saying “Searching”. And yes the snoozy pod unit is turned on. It takes forever to connect with WiFi and even after it connects it would not turn on. You basically have to turn on and off many times for it to work. The developer needs to look into that and modify it. What is the point of having an app when you can’t use it? The concept is excellent, but it hardly ever connects with the system, it messes up and stops within a few minutes and you basically have to be standing next to it to reconnect every single time. This defeats the purpose of being able to operate it without sneaking into baby’s room. At our old house our bedroom was far from the baby’s so there were times I had trouble connecting, but I think we’ve been super lucky to not have experienced what others have. I wish the app was a bit more modern. My hubby and I both can use the app if it’s running the back ground on the others phone. If he turns it on with his phone and takes her in her room, I can’t get in the app unless I use his phone. Our Snoozypod pod is always connected to the electricity, meaning we don’t use the battery function, because it’s not worth the trouble. But when it’s connected to the socket it’s seriously wonderful, my son sleeps so well with the vibration and the water stream. The app has worked very well for us too, up until a few days ago when I started having issues connecting to it. Usually it allows me to continue or stop the vibration from the other room without a problem. Please fix if you can, my husband and I will be so grateful. The settings turn themselves off constantly through the night even when I set them and turn the lock feature on. I can physically see them turn off on my phone, it’s very very frustrating. I told myself to just stop using the app but for some reason ever since I started using the app the buttons on the actual device won’t stay on either. I downloaded the app and when I try to open it, it just says “searching”. Now today it will only allow me to use on/off feature and nothing else. I can’t even click on the settings icon. Even deleted and reinstalled. Disappointed.
