I subscribed and the recordings not working...i want my money back

After trying the app for one night, I tried listening to the audio files but it does not work. It is not possible to listen to the audio files. I tried opening and closing the app multiple times, but the same problem keeps occurring. Please fix that

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. In general, please open the APP and put it on the bedside to keep charging, keep the screen on, and do not press the power button to turn off the screen. It will work great.

This app is very cool. I open the app before sleep at night, and when I wake up in the morning, I click the "Stop" in the app. I can see the sleep situation throughout the night and hear the sound of snoring and talking. What’s more interesting is that it can automatically recognize the snoring, and supports to share. This feature is very useful for me.
