## What is SnoreAlert?

SnoreAlert helps you and your partner sleep better — quietly.

Your iPhone listens for snoring with on-device AI. When snoring is confirmed, your Apple Watch delivers three silent wrist taps so you can shift position without waking the room. The iPhone stays silent.

After every measured Watch alert, SnoreAlert observes the next 20 seconds and shows whether snoring quieted. Your Night Report and History page turn each alert into a clear, useful signal: alerts detected, time to quiet, quiet-after-alert results, and continued snoring.
