However, it could be improved by allowing previous tracking/reports to be edited for Factors and Actions (as I’ve made mistakes occasionally). I also do not understand why only a selection of snoring clips are available for review, rather than all of them: I’d like to be able to listen to whatever clips I choose. It then gives you a few examples of your snores from the night. Unfortunately none of those recordings were actually snores, just other noises throughout the night. This is helpful because my husband and I can listen and he can tell me whether this is what he’s hearing as well. I will later compare the data to my fitness tracker pulse oxygen trends to get an understanding of when snoring and apparent apnea episodes correspond. Since my poor sleep is often associated with anxiety about money, the fact that this app is completely free allows me to address my sleep concerns without worsening my money anxiety. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. Made me realise how bad my snoring actually was and what my partner was having to endure nightly. Using the app whilst wearing the Snoreeze oral device has shown me how my snoring has reduced and I am longer worried I have sleep apnoea or a grumpy partner! ### 5/5 — Great free app *2024-09-11, version 2.2.3* A rare completely free app which is actually really helpful in taking the first step to realising how much you’re snoring. This company also makes products which you can use the app to see whether they work for you or not.
