## What is SnoreNote?

SnoreNote is a morning sleep journal that finds which habits wreck your nights.

Fill it in over coffee. In under a minute you log how you slept, how bad the snoring was, and what you did the evening before. After a couple of weeks, SnoreNote shows you honest patterns, like whether your snoring runs higher after alcohol or your sleep dips after a late meal. It is a self-report journal: it never listens, records audio, or measures anything.

WHAT YOU LOG EACH MORNING
- Sleep quality on a 1 to 5 scale, hours slept, and times woken
- Snore severity 0 to 4, reported by you or your sleep partner
- How rested you felt on waking
- Evening factor chips: alcohol, late caffeine, a large or late meal, late screens, back sleeping, congestion, stress, exercise
