## What is SnoreNudge?

Snore less. Sleep better. Wake up rested.

SnoreNudge listens while you sleep and, the moment it hears snoring, sends a gentle nudge to your Apple Watch — just enough to get you to shift position, not enough to wake you up. No loud alarms. No elbow from your partner. Just quieter nights.

How it works
1. Tap Start and set your iPhone on the nightstand.
2. SnoreNudge listens for snoring using on-device sound detection.
3. When it detects snoring, your Apple Watch buzzes with a gentle, escalating tap to encourage you to roll over.

Your privacy comes first

More reliable overnight:
• SnoreNudge now checks for your Apple Watch when you start — if none is connected, it tells you up front instead of failing silently.
• If your watch disconnects or dies during the night, it alerts you and falls back to a gentle vibration on your iPhone, so a snore still gets a nudge.
• Stability and polish improvements.
