The app is easy to use. Simply put your phone next to your bed while sleep. In the morning, you will discover your sleep snore report.

The app lets you note your lifestyle and snoring remedies so you can see how they impact snoring and know how to reduce it effectively.

It can also work with optional SleepZ Anti-snoring Ring which has built-in vibration. You can adjust the vibration intensity and threshold to fit your sleep best.

It’s good when it works but I set it every night and most of the time it doesn’t record.  When it does record then only sometimes it will give playback.

As a free app I suppose better than some but found this not as useful as sleep it which is no longer available
